Stayed here for a few days while waiting out issues w our apartment. I have a small child and spent over $600 here. When I saw a mouse in our room and asked to be placed elsewhere I was told the shift changed since check in and that wouldn't be possible. No refund either.

My assumption is bc of the demographic of those who stay here, our concerns even after spending money isn't taken seriously.

I also think it's pretty interesting how quickly they announce on the intercom that there is no loitering but little to no response when domestic violence takes place on their cameras (which I've witnessed and encountered).

You'd be better off going to the skyway spot up the street.This is ridiculous considering the price for less than cleanly rooms and less than mediocre housekeeping services

Paid about 85 for a king size bed. The room was cleaning, clean sheets and towels. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and looked like someone punched a hole in it. But the sink and tub would randomly have ants/gnats/mosquitos in it after using the water. The tv was.ok...has cable but about half the channels didn't work or I didn't have access to...could've been because I was in the back..other than that my stay here was pleasant for overnight..nice location... wasn't too noisy.

Lady in the office at night is the rudest customer service person I’ve ever met kicked me out because of a misunderstanding because of her cleaning lady doesn’t speak English and somehow that’s my issue I would recommend her boss find somebody else who actually will talk to the customer before escalating a issue that didn’t even need to come to screaming at one another would highly recommend u pick any other motel the one on 91st is better priced anyways

It serves it's purpose. If you want the Hilton, then go there. It has to be better than your home Or you would stay at home. I check in early in the day, Like 10:30 or 11:00 and i'm good until 12pm the next day, You can't beat that. This place is for some discreet fun
And I'm okay with it.

There are rarely good clean motels around my review is mixed the rooms were very clean you can tell someone smoked in them, but I didn't notice it so bad that I wanted another room. The TV's outdated but it works because they have cable if you use the local channels you can't see a thing The interior work does need to be done, the covers are outdated but the beds are comfortable the sheets are clean the bathroom spotless I paid a little under $90 a night I only spent two nights and it was convenient enough for me to be close to my family members within 10 minutes of driving distance I would recommend this to anyone if you're not trying to be picky or trying to spend tons of money it would be a good place to stop and rest your head for a few days I would definitely if I had a chance to come back I would definitely come here to the motel in this area, it is better than some of the others in the area...

I just got here because nothing else was available last minute. I would like my money back. The room smells because of the carpet and I can't count how many holes are in this comforter. I will NEVER come here again. I won't be able to sleep. I hope it doesn't have bedbugs. There's only 1 lamp light in the corner of the room. I can't take a good picture of this comforter that should be thrown away and the soap might be smaller than a bow dollar. Ridiculous!

The lady at the front desk is pretty nice in the beginning. As I went to my room there’s a lot of people outside drinking and smoking but as I open the door to my bedroom as I normally do I look around to make sure there’s nothing like bedbugs or creepy crawling insects, to my surprise I didn’t have to look far I noticed a small roach on the night stand. I am immediately went to the front desk to request a refund and she told me no we do not allow refunds. Even though I just saw a roach and hadn’t been in the room for more than five minutes. I find this very disturbing and will file a complaint with the city regarding this business and the owner.

The place is extremely clean. The heat and cooling system is up to par. The bathroom is very clean, including the toilet, sink, and shower/tub area. But the television set is outdated although you do have access to cable. The staff is pretty cool and laid back, but will help you get all what you need. The prices are extremely fair for what it is and where it is located. However, it is not a family friendly place; hence, it is not for outside visitors unless you are into emergencies and/or brief sexual encounters. Overall, it is a great place for a motel, even though it is missing a small refrigerator and a microwave.
