First time in a sensory deprivation tank, so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect but have heard it's great for anxiety. Made an appointment for a 60 min session. They explained the whole process and were very friendly. They encouraged me to take my time and not to feel rushed or anything. I was able to relax to the point that I could hear my own heartbeat, although I found the warm temperature a little suffocating and I never completely let go mentally. I did take a nap before going so I was wide awake and that might have something to do with it. When my time was up, which went by faster than I expected, I did feel calm and at peace. I would like try again, but I'll probably go for the 90 min session and preferably when I'm tired so that it will be easier to let myself go.

They also have an area to just sit and relax when you're finished, very nice atmosphere overall and a fun experience.

Extremely friendly staff and the whole place has a relaxing, welcoming vibe. The float tank is amazing, the salt room is beautiful and the massage therapists are incredibly talented. Im always recommending this place to everyone! 🙂

I made a last minute Swedish massage appt today after a very hard couple of weeks. I've been unable to process a recent death in my life and it's overwhelmed me with physical pain since I haven't been able to emotionally release. Irene and I spoke a bit about what was going on and it was clear we were on the same page within a minute. Irene took care to work out every. single. pain. I had. She was sweet, she was knowledgeable and empathetic. I feel like a completely different person after our hour session and I hope to go again next month. <3
