Kayla took amazing care of me during my 90 minute massage. She was able to get out knots I didn’t even know I had and was still able to keep the appointment very relaxing. She communicated well and checked in regularly to makes sure I was still comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat client. Thank you Kayla!

I was so pleased when I found Soothing Palms Therapeutic Massage in Gardendale, Al. Everyone is kind and extremely professional and the deep tissue massage is fabulous by Rachel. She works out my knots and kinks in my muscles and I feel like I can actually breathe better when I leave after receiving a massage. She goes over and beyond to be sure you receive the massage you expect.

Haven't gotten a professional massage in a while. Soothing Palms is a very nice place, very clean, smells so good and relaxing. I loved my massage and will be a returning customer. If you haven't tried it, I suggest reaching out. I am gonna buy some massages for presents!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been to so many massage therapists around Alabama and Florida and this is the Best message I’ve had in years. Kayla did exactly what I asked of her. I have a lot of knots in my back and sometimes people don’t want to do the pressure I ask cuz they’re afraid of hurting me but Kayla did exactly what’s I asked while also checking in to make sure it wasn’t too much.

(Also, $90 for an hour is pretty great rate!)

Definitely coming back.

Jennifer is really great about communicating what is happening and making you feel comfortable throughout your session.
No matter how tight I am and where, we always find the root cause and she is so good about encouraging you to stretch and remedy the pain by being proactive with daily stretch conditioning!
I’ve sent a lot of my clients to Jennifer and I’ve only heard of wonderful feedback about their own experiences!
When I’m in any pain or need a good “figure out this body” (clicking, pulling, dull pains…etc.) session, Jennifer at Soothing Palms is my GO-TO!!!

Me and My wife made an appointment and due to weather we had to post pone. Mrs Rachel messaged me and worked with me to get our appointment scheduled. It was our first time ever and we were tight. Mrs Rachel did my wife's and according to her was outstanding and understanding. I believe Mrs Haley done mine but I'm unsure of her name. She worked around my hurt shoulder and turned me into jello. Was great. Anybody looking for a massage would not be unsatisfied here. Reasonable price and amazing hands. I will be a regular.
