Been going many years but after the change with the new owner Mr Ben he is extremely rude snotty, racist and very unprofessional! I usually go to Karla as she’s very professional and careful doing my nails love the attention when it came to my nails and feet! But this man had an attitude every time I requested her for and after finding out she was let go because people like her service is uncalled for! I would never go back
Especially with some of the damn techs like picking there nose and not washing there hands disgusting 🤢! I had other techs that have done my nails but unfortunately they always messed up either they cut me or don’t due the shape I ask for! I’m paying for the service and I expect for the job to be done and expected!

I got there right before it opened (10) & they actually had the doors open so points for that. The lady that did my manicure & pedicure was nice & efficient so I wasn’t in there for a long time BUT my manicure literally lasted 12 hrs before they started chipping! I tipped $10 for something that hasn’t lasted me a freaking weekend! Waste of money.

Worst experience. First time here... got my lashes...they were fine. Full set and the lashes 60 plus I tipped both people 10 for the lashes ten for nails. So 80... I dont know what this shape is but I just wish they were the same...yellow shirt man should have got off your phone instead of hurting me and giving weird shape uneven job. I'm just so angry at myself for not saying anything but I was watching other people get their nails done and they looked fabulous. I don't know yellow shirt man's name but if you're reading this next time you should slow down get off your phone. You hurt me and ruined my day ...a day I needed. you did not deserve that $10 tip however me being a good person I do appreciate the craft that everyone does but what you did to my nails is horrible and I hope you read this review and I hope you see these pictures and I hope people know who you are and I hope when they go in this place they pick someone other than you yellow shirt man. Have the day you deserve.
