The service was great and the rooms were nice and clean. The pool area was fairly clean, table tops were a little grimey. The breakfast was basically diabetes: pastries, muffins, yogurt, and oranges. "It's the thought that counts," I told myself. We went and got breakfast elsewhere.

We traveled here for a soccer tournament in the area. We were able to check in early (2pm). This hotel is dog friendly. They provided dog bowls for our pup.

The facility was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The light in the pool broke when my kids were in the pool. The staff said this always happens…. We immediately got our kids out of the pool.

There is a Chevron station in the parking lot.

We felt safe. The guests we encountered were nice.

I didn’t realize that there was no complimentary coffee or breakfast. We ended up at a bagel shop down the street.

We would stay here again.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in and the price is not cheap. They only have service when you requested for room service 24 hours. The breakfast is expensive and they do not have breakfast at all only coffee. I’m sending sandwiches you can go outside and have a better breakfast service for the breakfast is horrible. You have to wait to wait to wait until you get coffee not recommended hotel at all. Do not stay at this place. He will see a lot of review the same. We are a very big group and everyone, didn’t like it

Im a photographer and photographed a beautiful wedding here recently! The staff were hands down, amazing! They assured me if I needed anything to let them know. I’m sure their service would be equally as amazing if I was a guest! Cheers to y’all for a welcoming experience.

Service desk is going to be hit or miss. It was early and asked if there were any rooms to check in. I was told it would cost me $35 dollars.

Rooms are spacious with sitting area. Nice and modern. Nice shower. My toilet moved when I sat on it, but it flushed so they was fine.

I had an interview set at 11am. When I talked to the night guy he suggested I either pay for an extra hour or come down to the lobby and use the Internet.

The front desk the following day was super accommodating and even asked me how long my interview might go for. I told him 30 minutes but sometimes those things go longer. He told me good luck and to put the do not disturb sign on the door so cleaning would not enter and to call when I was done.

Wow! What great person! I also got the job

Didn't have time to check out the gym or pool but from pictures people posted looked nice.

Walls are decent... I did wake up to some lady next to me as she yelled at someone to wake up.

I would recommend this place if you have family visiting. It's modern. It's nice and it would break the bank.

And their AC isn't locked. It was 100 degree day and my room was a nice 68 :).

House keeping is super nice too. I wanted to tip them and the lady refused. I handed it to her again and she just moved out the way and the money fell to the floor. I asked another lady to please give it to the woman to cleaned my room. Again I left money and my room was cleaned and called up house keeping to ask whoever cleaned my room to come back and get the tip.

That job is hard. I use to do custodial work and threw out my back in 6 months ... When she finally came back she took the tip and kept asking me if I needed cleaning or more items. I told her no. She was a bit confused so idk if people don't tip here but unlike as other places they don't slam the door or make tons of noise

Big TV and it swivels which is nice

Updated review: Booked it because it advertised a gym but they had a flood so gym is destroyed. Kind enough to let us use some spare equipment though.
Originally double charged me, but say they fixed it (still waiting on charge to be reversed) Staff is kind.

My stay at this hotel was a major letdown from start to finish. The lack of breakfast options was a huge inconvenience, forcing me to venture out early every morning just to find something to eat. Additionally, the rooms lacked basic amenities like body lotion, which should be a standard offering in any decent hotel. These shortcomings significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. It's clear that the hotel management is neglecting essential aspects of guest satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.

This hotel is very conveniently located in San Ramon. We were in town visiting my aging in laws who are residents at the Ivy. Very easy access to highway and shopping. My issues were the noise on the side facing highway 680. We booked a suite which was great, but the traffic noise was awful. We were both up all night. The next am we told the gentleman at the desk about the noise and he moved us to other side of the hotel. The noise was much better. My second issue was though the desk clerk told us he would take care of adjusting the charges, we found out on check out, that they were never adjusted to the lower rate. The clerk said she would talk to the manager and they would call to follow up. No call and no rate adjustment. I called two days later as my cc had been charged without any change to charges. Once again, I was assured I would get an email within 10 minute. NOPE!!!!! Not so much.Had to go the corporate website to finally get the rate adjusted. So aggravating. Who wants to spend time chasing down things that should have been taken care of when they said they would. Very disappointing. My last issue and the most egregious!! No free coffee in the lobby If you're going to charge these rates, this should be a given. The worst part is that the hotel is actually very nice with updated rooms. But back to the Hyatt House for us.
