Trying to get ahold of this place after 10:00 am. Isn't possible. It goes to an answering machine & they don't return phone calls. There's a supposed guard shack that has a mannequin in it. There's mangy cats running around. At 4:30 pm the water went off. There's no emergency phone number on the list of rules so we called the regular number and left a message. No return call. The water came back on at 7:00 pm. Don't book several days in a row!! They will not refund your money. Many of the rigs are old & tattered.. If I was by myself I would have left right away. There is not proper lighting anywhere which is a safety issue.
I don't normally leave bad reviews but this one was necessary.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you stay strapped 24/7. Never felt so unsafe in an RV park. It feels like a place where the elderly go to die and convicts go to hide. Vibes aren’t right there. Lived there for 2 months a year ago. Hot tub was broken back then, too.

We stayed for 3 weeks in November, the office personal were very nice, the restrooms and shower area are kept nice and clean, we only used thier showers once, used our camper showers for our remaining time there, was not a good experience with thier showers, men's showers not enough water pressure in most showers, I found one with decent water pressure but very little hot water, it actually felt like summer time pool water, the wife said her shower had decent pressure but she couldn't adjust the temperature, water came out so hot she had to switch to another shower, (whished I could say the same) the park is for the most part well kept but the sites are very close, not much room if you and your neighbors both have slideouts, most of the RV there are year round tenants, rates went from $400 to $430 a month, my personally opinion is you can do better elsewhere at that rate, we are retired and was planning to stay for 5 months, but it was just to tight for us, we found another RV Park and better rates with a lot more room, the only downside is it's going to be 10⁰ colder at night

Location is amazing it’s literally 1 minute by car to a hospital and a five minute walk. The staff is so kind and lovely and the rent is very cheap for such a nice lot. Over all absolutely love this RV resort and highly recommend

Stayed at this park from October until July. The first neighbor I had was a drug dealer. I counted 15 different park residents in and out of her trailer in one day only staying for under 5 minutes leaving with items they didn't arrive with. This resident shortly moved out. Don't worry the man living in the white van was shortly promoted to the park drug dealer in site 67. You can watch all the riff raff from the park going in and out of his rv all day and night. The furthest east side row of the park is nick named bloody row. You'll often see Sheriff's cars, loud arguments, and the occasional tweaker asleep while standing up. I had the pleasure of staying next to a resident who had a leaking sewer line. I complained and showed pictures to staff and nothing was fixed. So every time I went outside I had to smell my neighbors sewer smell. It gets better. This parks electrical infrastructure can only handle about 70 trailers. This summer the park was almost completely full and my power would go out almost everyday around 4pm when temps were 115+ degrees. Before I left the park I checked the voltage at my meter panel and I was only getting 109 volts. This explains why my a/c and refrigerator were not working properly. I thought they were broken. No it was just low voltage in the RV park. I moved just down the road and my a/c and fridge work perfectly fine now. Additionally the water would constantly be shut off. The icing on the cake for me was when the man that has an Optimum Internet van and blue Nissan truck stole items from outside of my trailer. There's some very nice older full timers in this park but I would avoid this park. If you're a tweaker it is the perfect place for you!

If you value your RV, do not stay here. I stayed one night. No escort to site, no road signs in park, I was put in site 31 and it had a picnic table sitting right where you would pull your RV in. I had to move it out of the way. I called the office and told them and the girl said that the maintenance men sometimes move the tables to do yard work but never move them back. In the morning I went to pull my surge protector out of the power box and it didn’t move. I used all my strength to get it out knowing why it wasn’t coming out like it should. Their power box ruined my surge protector, melted it and the connection in the power box. So now I’m out a $150.00 surge protector. I left before the office opened but left them a not so nice message and never got a call back from them. Stay the hell away from this park. It’s filled with permanent campers, some with tarps over them and just randomly situated thru out the park. I shouldn’t even call it a park because it’s a dump. No water in the pool and a I don’t care attitude from the office personnel.

Unfortunately snowbird RV Park advertises on the website and when you go into the office they will tell you they have a pool and a spa. Unfortunately they only have a pool that just came up being fixed for the first time in a couple years per some of my neighbors. The spa is actually filled in with dirt to the top It does not look like it has been operated in a very long time. Office staff is nice. People were friendly for the most part.

I don't think they should advertise the amenities when the pool and hot tub is always broken don't understand why it doesn't get fixed when this state is the capital of swimming pools. No wifi .they r consistent on raising prices. Place has potential bur maybe new owner shouldn't of bought the place if they can't improve it . The park is full but nothing invested
