This was a first time experience with a vsteam for myself. Mahogany was very professional, very knowledgeable and there was no wait time , I scheduled my appointment for 11am and she had everything ready and set up for us. The ambiance in the spa is so inviting. I was very comfortable and I already booked another appointment for a BBL and another VSteam. I highly recommend this place and will tell all of my girlfriends about Snatched Beauty Lab!!

When I tell you from the time I walked in to the time I left the Experience was wonderful. The location was easy to find the layout of the business is very warm & inviting (I must say the smell was amazing) lol 😂. I was able to have Tierra services me today she’s very sweet she took her time I had a lot of questions and she can answer them. Very knowledgeable and also gave me some interesting tips. I also met another client there and I was able to network with her . I will definitely SUPPORT this BLACK OWN BUSINESS again . See you ladies in a month 🤞🏾

Went in the back of suite at 2:10p I swiped my debit card after the esthetician completed my service of a Brazilian wax at 3:45p. You would’ve thought I was getting a lace closure wig installed and or if me having multiple add on services. I do not recommend owner failed to stop in or inquire once she realize it’s been quite some time to aid her staff or simply taking over the service. Furthermore, getting wax for 7+ I have no pain and typically used to a 15 minute wax granted some can’t complete in that time frame but :30 mins should be sufficient for an esthetician.

Found my new FAVORITE place ❤️ booked a facial and an underarm wax when i arrived at the spa i was greeted by the amazing owner and i was amazed at the beautiful decor ❤️. The staff was wonderful ❤️ my lovely esthetician Tierra did an amazing job on my services. I was able to relax and unwind and i can’t wait until my next spa day appointment. I highly recommend this very professional black owned business ❤️.

Great customer service! Great Atmosphere! Great Prices n deals! Clean place n good vibe! The owner is welcoming n helpful with whatever questions you need answered in whatever therapy you are interested in. TIP: There isn't a business sign so look for the address number within the Plaza.
