The service is usually good but slow, they have been open for a bit now but why is this the only location that doesn’t give u the option of going in. Sit in the drive through for a while to get your order.

I placed an online order which stated it would take 15-20 mins for pickup. Once getting there, my order hadn’t been started, on the app it said my order was completed which it wasn’t. The gentlemen was making all the drive through orders first and I waited an extra 20 mins after the initial 20 mins I was given. The gentleman also did not wear any gloves while making the smoothies. He didn’t say sorry for the wait just gave me my drink and said have a nice day. This was a terrible experience!

Purchased a smoothie bowl and I couldn't find the smoothie. Waste of $13. Was supposed to have extra granola. I asked about it and was told everything you ordered is there and the drive through window closed. Rude!

I placed an online order at 8:12 AM. The standard message told me my order will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I got to the Chicago Heights location at 8:41 AM and my order was not made. There were 2 employees there and 2 cars in the driveway. The manager told me it would only take 5 minutes to make. I use the online app so that I can pick up and keep going to work. I had to leave without my order. I came back during my lunch and the same manager made my smoothie. He went to the back and got the most bruised banana in the store and made my bowl. This was my second time purchasing from this location. The first time I didn’t get what I ordered at all because they ran out of the bowls for a PB Swizzle so I had to settle for a smoothie that I really did not want. I was happy about the location being close to my home, but I will stick to the location in Homewood.

I had the worst smoothie here today! I ordered the mocha almond smoothie, and there were chunks of ice and chunks of almond in it. I don’t know what they forgot to add or do to it, but it did not taste or feel right, I get this exact smoothie regularly. Waste of my money and I wasted a $3 off promotion too. I don’t believe I got the right amount of protein or muscle builder which is really disappointing. You can see the almond chunks on top of the smoothie. Was more like a slushie than a smoothie with all the ice chunks. I didn’t have time to have them remake it unfortunately otherwise I’m sure that would have helped.

I placed an online order for a reward that I was able to use only today. Get to the store and the young lady who identified herself as Veronica stated they didn’t have the main ingredient. The problem is the reward is removed from my account no manager on duty as the employee stated she was the only one in the store and for me to come back or call another day. A day that she couldn’t say a manager would be in. Rightfully frustrated with the situation and all the young lady could do was laugh and smirk! Customer service is POOR and unprofessional.
