I had a wonderful experience getting my Brazilian wax for the first time at Smooth and Spicy Spa. I was a little nervous and apprehensive, but Niara immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly reassuring and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, constantly checking in to ensure I was okay before proceeding. Her work was flawless, and the results were beautiful. The atmosphere of the spa was warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I love Smooth and Spicy Spa! I've been going for years and it keeps getting better. Nik goes out of her way to ensure clients have the best experience possible at the spa. This past weekend, I had the pleasure of experiencing a wax and facial by Niara. She's great as well. She constantly made sure I was comfortable during my wax and my facial was amazing. I received compliments all day because my skin is glowing! If you haven't booked, you're missing out.

I had a bad experience with another well known spa so I was extremely nervous when I booked my appointment with Smooth & Spicy Spa. The professionalism Niki shown me and the attentiveness to my concerns was very comforting. Before our session she took time to learn about my medical issues, answer any questions that I had about the waxing process and her recommendation for the services she will be performing. This by far was the best service, I have ever had. Smooth & Spicy spa has gained another satisfied, loyal client. Please book your services. You would be glad you did. I’ll see you soon, Niki! On December 28, 2024, I had the opportunity to get my first ever facial and I must admit it was Excellent! I loved the attention I received and the product used on my skin was of top quality. It was the BEST experience I have ever had. It was very relaxing and my skin has a glow.
