I bought a double Groupon and they accommodated me by allowing us to split the coupon so my mother and I could both experience this place. +Personal

I forgot about my appointment until about 30 mins before and I expected to forfeit the service. Instead, they allowed me to reschedule says and to the Elk Grove location, which was closer to my house. ++Personal

They have a text messaging system that, if enabled, will send several texts to remind you and allow you to confirm your appointment.

First time visiting a smile maker & Spa for my face treatment. Rania did my treatment so very well & suggested I need to accomplish a daily skin routine. I never knew I had plasma she discovered and told me that that's the problem I have I need to focus on that problem. The customer service here is great I was greeted friendly by both beautiful ladies.
They have really busy schedules but on my request to Miss Rania, she did my treatment on a priority basis even though she's working so hard on two different locations. This lady is so skilled in her work. I really wanna appreciate to her. Thank you for giving me that special time which was also suitable for my work schedule.
Will be back on my next appointment.🥰

I am so grateful I found Smile Maker Skin Care! I discovered it by chance on Groupon while searching for microneedling treatments to address my old acne scars and maturing skin. From the moment I walked in, the owner, Rania, was warm, kind, and incredibly informative. She took the time to ask about my skincare goals and explained in detail the best ways to achieve them. Rania educated me on the various skincare procedures she offers and tailored a plan specifically for my needs.

What I truly appreciated was that she didn’t simply process my Groupon for a one-time microneedling session. Instead, she prioritized helping me achieve the best possible results for my skin. She recommended a package of three sessions and kindly applied the Groupon towards the package, which I was more than happy to purchase.

During my first treatment, Rania went above and beyond. Her passion for skincare is evident not only in the way she speaks about it but also in the care she provides during treatments. I noticed improvements in my skin soon after the first session, particularly in the smoothness of my old acne scars. By the time I came in for my second appointment, Rania was amazed by how much my skin had improved—and so was I!

After my second treatment, my skin has been healing beautifully with minimal downtime, just like the first time. I’m so excited to see how my skin continues to improve in the coming weeks and can’t wait for my next session in January.

Purchased a groupon deal for one microneedling session. When I got there, I was advised to purchase a package of three. When I asked to reschedule my second session due to jury duty, I received no response. They don’t respond to emails and when I called, I was placed on hold and they never picked back up. Waste of my money. Only received one out of the three microneedling sessions.
