New ownership... I dont know who the last owners were. They have been there for a year. Jeremiah, one of the new owners was very friendly and went out of his way to help us and our family.

Cute, quaint, quiet place for the family vacation. It has the old school feel. Not a busy place. Further than most resorts or cabins from the twin cities. But well worth the drive for a vacation.

The cabin we stayed in was very nice and I really enjoyed my time there. I was not happy at all about the way they told us we had to leave a deposit before we left for the following year. I've stayed at 2 other resorts on the same lake and they reserved our cabin for the following year and gave us until February of the following year to send a deposit. That December my fishing partner found out he needed surgery and was going to be off work for at least 4 months and wanted to cancel the trip for the following year. I contacted the owners in the beginning of December to let them know. They sent me a check for my deposit but kept $50.00 for a service charge. I wouldn't have really been upset if we didn't leave plenty of time to get the cabin rented and if it were one of the other resorts on the lake, I wouldn't have even had to send my deposit to them yet. In other words I think the owners care more about getting your money now than worrying about keeping a customer happy. I will never do business with them again and warned others. There are several other resorts there with way more friendly owners that I know would not have kept my money under the same circumstances.

Sleepy Hollow was a great experience. Kirk and Mari are such nice people and make every effort to make your stay one of a kind at Sleepy Hollow. They have tons of things for the kids to do. Boats are easy to rent and the boat dock was right next to the cabins. There is ample space for everyone around the property to relax and enjoy. The town is not far and has a few interesting things to do as well. Fishing is great and the lake is beautiful. My favorite part is the Hillbilly hot tub. If this resort isn't on your consideration list, it should be!

I wanted to go to a resort with cottages just like i did when i was a kid and this was a real treat. Stayed in a cottage. My husband, daughter and 2 sons had a blast. They have a large float you can swim to with 2 fun attachments to play on. We rented a boat and took it all over the lake. Lots of perch to be caught off the dock. All together it was great and would do it again.

Sleepy Hollow is a one-of-a-kind place! We go every summer with friends for a week and there is always a perfect combination of relaxation and things to keep us laughing and busy! We especially love the owners! Our perfect getaway!

Our stay was spur of the moment. We have never been here before but will definitely be going again. Owners were beyond nice. All the water toys kept the grandkids happy along with the fishing.

Kirk and Mari, who own the resort are so sweet and such gracious hosts. The cabins were really nice, comfy, and clean. Excellent fishing as well 🙂

Absolutely loved our stay here last week. They’ve got all the water toys and amenities you could want for a fun filled vacation for the whole family. Highly recommended.
