I can't say enough great things about this place! From the moment we entered the property there were continuous smiles from my entire family. We stayed in one of the smaller cottages, 3A. It sits across from the park and pool, and it was just perfect! It had a nice porch with lounge chairs that we could sit on and watch our boys play at the park running around having fun with the other kids at the resort. They have a variety of bikes for adults and kids (including ones with training wheels), and because it's gated, our boys were able to ride their bikes safely around the adorable property. There were so many other fun things to do during our stay. The lake and beach were amazing. From the pool (lifeguards always available) to the tie dye shirts our boys made during one of the activities they do daily with other kids at the resort, to just the beauty and layout of the place, we couldn't have been happier with our trip and look forward to visiting again!! Property manager Dale and staff were great too! Very responsive and just want to do whatever they can to make your stay great. My family highly recommends! : )

My family and I have been renting cottages from Sleepy Hollow for nearly 30 years, and I can say with certainty that this is one of the best kept secrets on Lake Michigan! Dale (Property Manager) and the staff at Sleepy Hollow is phenomenal and they constantly go above and beyond for their guests. If you're looking for the ultimate Lake Michigan getaway with exceptional amenities, this is by and far the best option around South Haven, Saugatuck, Holland, etc. They have a fantastic private beach, massive pool (very kid friendly), daily activities for children, basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts, a kids park, all of which is within short walking distance from any cottage on the property. Lastly, the location is super convenient...<5 minutes from downtown South Haven, <20 minutes from Saugatuck, <25 minutes from Holland, and <60 minutes from Grand Rapids airport. I cannot recommend this resort enough and we're already looking forward to our stay next year. Thanks!

What a wonderful family resort! Right on Lake Michigan-long stairs down but small price to pay for the view! Great space with all the amenities including outside grills. They have a playground for kids, ping pong, tether ball, mini golf, bikes to ride around the property. They have a pool & a kiddie pool with a lifeguard! The town of south haven is very quaint with good restaurants too!

We had a great time at Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort. The apartment was as described, you felt you were up in the trees. The beach and pool were within an easy walking distance. We were very impressed with Gene, the gentleman in charge of our end of the resort. He was quick to respond to anything we needed and was a wealth of information. A great place for a family vacation!

Us and a bunch of others stayed here this past weekend for a wedding. They let us use the rec room for our rehearsal. All the units were great and there was a lot to do. The customer service was also really good too. We will definitely come back!

One of the best vacations I took for just a weekend right on Lake Michigan. Fantastic house, well-appointed and quite clean. So wonderful in this resort, which offers a private beach with the most fantastic early morning "cryo" swim ever, and the best ever Olympic size pool (so pristine and clean!) with adult only lane-swimming from 9-10 am through September! Bikes and a path, walking, tennis courts! It's a true great summer resort for ALL ages! Great welcoming support from these hosts as well! All was perfect!

Amazing family environment with all activities needed for a good time. The amenities available- pool, beach, fire pit, playground, children events, walking trail, tennis, golf, basketball, shuttleboard, and much more. Neighbors were friendly, grounds were clean, staff was attentive, and the town was beautiful. We have stayed at 2 different locations at Sleepy Hollow and have enjoyed it each time. The Manager checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Much appreciated.

We love staying Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort! The best spot driving distance from Chicago. The place is outstanding for families with small children and teens; there is so many things to keeps everyone occupied and enjoy your time. The grounds, the pool and the beach are fantastic! We do come at least once a year, and twice if the schedule permits. Love the resort!!!
