Clean rooms. Walls are thin. We could hear the next rooms TV and conversations while trying to sleep. Didn't get to try breakfast as they don't open up until 7 on Sunday. Would be nice if breakfast was available at 6.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The staff were amazing, offering over-the-top service that made my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was always hot and ready, a perfect start to the day. My room was clean and spacious, with a spotless bathroom, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Sleep Inn has definitely become my go-to place to stay when I'm in the area.

Bunch of con artists. I paid for a night that was for 3pm to 11am. I was on a road trip, expecting to get there late, around 730am for a quick nap till 11am before I get back on the road. I get there and the lady at the front desk says they marked me as a no show and I couldn’t get into my room. They proceed to tell me about their “policy” that was never made clear or mentioned in the first place. All I was told was I had a room from 3pm-11am. I made the reservation around 9pm at night and no one told me about this made up policy. No one called me either. To top it off, i wasn’t given a refund and the lady at the desk kept trying to talk down to me as if I was an idiot. Funny part is, as I’m writing this, my room is still paid for for another 2 hours and yet I have no access to it. I will not ever be going to a Sleep Inn again as I feel I have just been robbed. Go to any other hotel in that plaza of hotels as the Even Hotel across the street understood how terrible that was and so they gave me a huge discount. That is called HOSPITALITY. But yeah, avoid the Sleep Inn at all costs. They have no problem screwing you over and being jerks about it too. Absolutely disgusting encounter.

Customer service.
We paid for our room on line before hand and upon arrival still had to pay an incidental fee which was nowhere stated on our booking when we booked.
The lady at the front desk was extremely rude.
I woke up the morning after our last night there and my ankle has been bitten up by something.
The walls were super thin I could practically hear everything the people in the room
Next to us were doing. Kept waking me up thru out the night.
The breakfast was not very good.
Both the keys were were assigned quit working and to walk all the way around the building in the freezing cold with two kids.
There was stil trash under the bed from the people who stayed before us.

Positive: Staff is super friendly and very helpful! Negative: Although the room was clean, the TV had no service...... almost like they did not pay the bill ..... but other than that a good experience!

Rooms are clean, normally quiet, tvs work, price is good. Breakfast could be improved otherwise its much better than other similar priced places

Positive: I asked the receptionist because she changed my room and they would not change my room. Negative: This hotel I?m giving a half star. Because I have to give them a half star so it will post. They are remodeling this hotel and gave me a room that has been remodeled. The water is not coming out of the faucet and the toilet is running.
