Room and staff were super helpful. After a long day and not knowing the area well, the staff were helpful in suggestions for dinner. The TV was not working correctly. Something about the modem was experiencing problems and I didn't feel like calling the front desk for a lesson. The bed was the most comfortable I had on a trip from south Florida to the western tip of Iowa and back.Other than that, it was a nice place to spend the night.

This is a really nice hotel. The pool was decent, the beds were soft, the AC was cold and quiet, the carpets were new. I'll be staying here when we come through

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We were driving for hours and finally got to the hotel. Checked in and everything seemed fine till the housekeeper woke us up at 9:00 in the morning yelling “housekeeping!” I confronted her but then she continued to talk as loud as she could to her friend, disturbing everyone and keeping them awake until 11. Don’t come here if you want to “Sleepinn” because it probably won’t happen.

Positive: "" Negative: Room had flooring instead of carpet. Cold on the feet. Walls were paper thin and could hear talking and a TV running ALL night. Terrible night sleep. Breakfast was below average. Microwaved eggs and sausages. Will not stay here again.

We had two rooms and they were both clean. The hall needed vacuumed but that was all that is all I can say about the cleanliness. The staff was nice the few times we had to deal with them. We stayed three nights and would go back.

Positive: staff Negative: the rooms are super outdated, they both smelled of water damage and mold, its very visible on the lamp shades, the shower head was rusted and disgusting elevator is busted i clean mold for a living and this was bad especially for a hotel room

Incredibly rude and desensitized to bad weather and people & evacuees. I called to simply check on your availability, no need to be rude. Called on Saturday 3/15 afternoon at around 4:30
