The pool and hot tub are gross. We asked for towels for the pool area since the shelf was empty. They brought 4 towels. For 9 people. The jets didn't work. The rooms are meh. Kind of ratty of a hotel.if you ask me. Can't wait to see what the 7 am free breakfast consists of.

Location was good, close to Walmart, Starbucks and other restaurants. Rooms were nice with amenities like small coffee pot, hair dryer, fridge and safe. The water pressure wasn’t great but did the job. The motel has a pool, warm, and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and clean. There was a small laundry room down the hall for personal use, just have to pay with quarters. They also had a fitness room. Breakfast was good but not great if you get there early enough, They had eggs, sausage, French toast sticks, Belgian waffles, cereal, bagels but no cream cheese. They also had coffee and juice. Overall nice place to rest for the night.

I stayed here for 9 nights and have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the staff. The manager, Jessica, was extremely personable, pleasant and accommodating. She took the time and trouble to go to the post office to overnight my medication to me when it did not arrive by my checkout date and followed up with me every step of the way. Her service went above and beyond what anyone could ask for in a hotel at any price. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has the opportunity to visit the area. Jessica and her staff made my stay an amazing and unforgettable experience!

The pool area was well maintenance, the rooms were clean, although there were Popsicles left in the fridge from last customers but overall all everything is clean. Staff is super friendly and easy going.

The hotel looked clean from what we could see. That was until I woke up the next morning to a cockroach in the bathroom. I attempted to flush it down the toilet and it almost made its way out of the toilet as it was flushing. It almost made it. I didn’t even bother with breakfast because who knows, it could be in the food. Outside of the cockroach the rest of my stay was pleasant up until then. Sadly won’t stay again due to the bug issue.

The check in was easy and we arrived late. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings were average and it was clean. The breakfast was minimal. There wasn’t an additional protein option besides egg patties. It had a higher rating than I would have given it.

The staff clearly didn't undergo any customer service training. We wanted to check in and the indian young lady and some indian man behind the counter didn't even look at us, didn't greet us and were looking at their computer. Then we were told to wait. After a few seconds the phone rang. And guess what she did? She answered the phone but didn't take care of thr customers right in front of her. Are you serious? I would terminate you right away. It's sad to see there are so many hotels run by unskilled and uneducated people in the U.S. Running a hotel and being great in customer service is something you have to learn for years.

The room was okay, dated, but okay. There were hairs on the sheets. The floors within the hotel smelled really bad. Like a strong chemical scent, hard to tell.
