Decent motel for the price. Gal at checkin not very friendly. The room was fairly clean. Rooms look nice from afar but cheap material used as floor slides slightly, trim on floor loose and door to bathroom doesn't close. The continental breakfast was pretty lacking as things ran out and didn't get refilled. There's a restaurant across the parking lot as well as a strip club. Overall strange vibe, but definitely you get what you pay for

We were traveling from PA to MN with a rented box truck hauling some household items, so after a full day on the road we needed a good rest and a breakfast in the morning. I boked this online particularly because it was located next to the fabulous Tavern On Clark where we wanted to have dinner. |On Thursday, March 13, 2025 we arrived about 5PM and checked in. We were given a 1st floor room. Upon entering the room, the first thing my wife noticed was the cigarette smoke smell permeating the room. Apparently the non-smoking policy is not enforced. The 2nd thing we noticed was that the room had 2 small beds. Obviously, we are a married couple but the beds were too small for us to sleep together. In the dozens of hotels we have stayed at, these were the smallest beds I have ever seen. The room seemed clean enough but the shower was very small with a weird large round column next to it making the small room even smaller. |The breakfast in the morning was crappy. The TV in the breakfast room was on and very loud. There was no remote, but we managed to turn the sound down right on the TV. No one was in attendance for the food which tasted like it had been sitting there for a couple of days. The coffee was undrinkable and very bad. We left to find good coffee elsewhere. The price for a night here is cheap in comparison to others, but not worth it at all.

I have always loved the Sleep Inn hotel chain and this location in Rockford Illinois did not disappoint! Super comfy bed, whisper quiet (slept through a massive storm) very clean and spacious. I cannot recommend it enough! It's conveniently located right off the highway and next to a ton of restaurants and the Hard Rock Casino. Definitely the place to stay in Rockford!

Our room was very noisy but the service was wonderful. The service desk moved us to another room without any issue. We were appreciative. Our next room was fine. Comfortable and nicely decorated.

We've stayed at several different Sleep Inns across the country. I must say this is the first time we've been disappointed with our stay. The service was but the room was very outdated and looked really dingy. It could use some new furniture. The room was basically clean with the exception of the shower.. the floor of the shower could really use a good scrubbing...
Breakfast was much to write home about, looked / tasted like power eggs and the bacon was barely cooked. Butter frozen solid...
All in all, we'll not be stopping at this Sleep Inn again.

I was in town to visit family and after having a horrible encounter at the Equality Inn we ended up here. It was late and wasn't sure if we would have to place to sleep that evening. But they were able to accommodate us. I had family that was already booked here and they said the service was nice. I didn't know what to expect after being treated terribly at the motel close by. But I will say it was a pleasant experience and the front desk clerk was very nice. The rooms were clean, it was quiet and we got a good night sleep.

The white girl at the front desk has a nasty attitude. She doesn't like her job and you can tell. If she doesn't want to be there, why show up just to be nasty to guests? She needs a reality check. Everyone else is extremely friendly but her, she needs to go!!
