Amazing place to relax. Staff are super friendly, every week I come to this place feels like home. Kitchen is pretty amazing, food is phenomenal, staff is very assertive and quick to get your food to you. I wish they had more places like this in chicago area. The saunas are pretty clean and very hot to its own rooms temp. Cold plunge pool is pretty dope. I love this place.

The entire place was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel relaxed and comfortable right away. The women’s shower area was completely empty when I arrived, so I had it all to myself — such a peaceful and rare treat!

The hammam smelled amazing, like fresh menthol — it was both invigorating and calming. The atmosphere throughout the spa was quiet, respectful, and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The temperature in the main sauna was perfect — hot enough to sweat deeply, but never overwhelming.

Also, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the borscht was! Definitely a must-try if you’re hungry after your sauna session.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a clean, peaceful bathhouse. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Sky Spa & Sauna is an amazing place for complete relaxation and recovery! The highlight is the contrast therapy: 20 minutes in the cold pool, followed by 35 minutes in the sauna, and then back to the cold pool. Repeating this cycle, if possible, leaves you feeling absolutely incredible. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge and rejuvenate

Best traditional Russian sauna in Chicago ! So many options. One big Pool outside. Second inside with cold water .Mix : Hot dry steam room . Hot wet steam room . Extra : massage or scrubbing. Also 2 different zone just for mens or just for women’s with lockers, showers , salt room and jacuzzi. Great cafe with so tasty food. So clean. Great customer service! Definitely recommend!

I had a good experience at this spa. The relaxation area is comfortable and well-maintained. The steam room, wet sauna, and dry sauna are all clean and at the right temperature. Everything is organized, convenient, and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The café is a nice addition—great for a meal after the sauna. Overall, a solid place to relax.

It a good place to gather with foreign friends, saunas are nice and hot, service good as well as the massage stuff. Except the ladies at the food desk have attitude watch out! know what you are ordering and fast, they act like they work for free there! Other than that is very nice place also consider staying in line for an hour to get in if you are visiting after 5 on weekends!

My favorite place to be! The setup is great. The women's locker room has a hot tub, sauna, and steam room, so you don't have to go to the main area. They have a cafe inside, so when you are ready for tea or fish, you can take a break in your swimsuit and robe and enjoy something tasty!!

The wet and dry sauna with the oven was AMAZING. Also enjoyed the outdoor pool to cool off even though it was twenty degrees outside. Never have this type of indoor outdoor experience for other Chicago spas which is nice.

The downside is that I was literally the only woman of color in the spa on a Friday, I’ll come back on another Wednesday when they have ladies hours since it was my first time here. ALSO, the other male customers will stare you down if you are a women just like what other reviews said!!! CAUTION TO WOMEN HERE!

The ladies salt sauna smells like body odor, so they will need to clean it.

Also one of the managers who was taller and older was soooooo rude. Like yes, I am a woman of color but come on now you were staring at me like I was an alien. When I was about to check out, he also saw me then left because he didn’t want to serve me.

The young blonde lady in the front was welcoming and warm though! She gave me a tour around the place since it was my first time.
