Brittany is the best! She has an incredible eye for natural looking results. I never feel overdone. I happily drive in from the East Bay because she’s that good. She is professional, warm, and truly listens to what you’re looking for. I always leave feeling like the best version of myself. Can’t say enough good things about skin spirit all together.

I get regular facials and treatments from Gwen, who is super knowledgeable, professional, diligent, and just a delight to be around. She builds upon my last treatments, asks questions about what has been working/ not working for my skin, and then clearly explains every step of the treatment. She's helped brighten and clear my skin more than any other treatments/ studios have.
I recently got married and 5 days before my wedding a random pimple showed up, which I immediately called Gwen to help triage. She wasn't available on such short notice, so instead set me up with Natalie, who was equally incredible, treated the pimple with a mask, and gave me instructions on what to do for the next 5 days up to the wedding. Gwen made me a little bottle of each treatment so I would be set and the pimple disappeared! Gwen has become an integral part of my skincare regimen and she should become an integral part of yours too.

It’s a beautiful looking medical spa. Some of the staff is super polite and nice. However, my complaint about this place is a lot of the staff at the front desk can be super aggressive and passive aggressive. I also find this particular medical spa to be unorganized. I consistently got different nurses who each did different levels of work. The treatment was never consistent with each nurse. Overall ended up going to a different medical location in Pacific Heights, which was more expensive but at least I always get the same nurse and consistent medical service. The new medical office also taught me that SkinSpirit uses equipment that maybe of scientific quality, but is of lower grade compared to actual medical offices. I can truly say that I’m unsatisfied with the work and services that I got at SkinSpirit Noe Valley.

Please note SkinSpirit: I’m not the only client of this place that has experienced the aggression of the staff at this location. I live in the neighborhood and you all are starting to gain a reputation as such whether you acknowledge that or not.

I scheduled a free consultation at SkinSpirit and was genuinely interested in exploring treatments -- but the way they handled a very human, understandable scheduling mistake left me really disappointed.

They called me at 11:40, and I said, "The appointment's at 11:50, right?" That's when they told me it had actually been scheduled for 11:20, and because I hadn't arrived yet, they would be charging me $75 -- even though it was supposed to be a free consultation.

I have ADHD, and while I do everything I can to stay organized, small time perception mix-ups happen. I was ready and fully planning to attend -- I simply misunderstood the time by 30 minutes. There was no grace, no empathy, no acknowledgment of intent -- just a cold "we're charging you anyway."

This experience made me feel penalized and unwelcome. There are plenty of other clinics that treat people like people. I won't be returning.

I went to SkinSpirit Noe Valley for a chemicle peel. This was my first time getting treatment at this facility and I must say I will be back. The location was great, there was plenty of street parking, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and my esthetician, Lisa was great. My skin looked great after my treatment for my birthday!
