Clean and peaceful atmosphere. Facials are done on heated beds which adds to your relaxation as they take good care of your face. Estheticians Teya and Raylin are wonderful. Kayla at the reception desk is friendly and makes one feel welcome. Overall a pleasant and wonderful experience.

I had the honor to get deep facial cleaning for my brother in law for his engagement program. The beauty consultant / educator Jessi was amazing and extremely informative and knowledgeable about all products and membership plans. I was extremely impressed by her explanation and decided to become their customer. She explained me everything in detail.
The esthetician Shelly was a nice lady with respectful behavior and tremendous skills in facial services. I highly recommend this professional environment for facial services.

This was my first time at Skin Experts, and it was wonderful. I've never had a facial. It was quite professional, peaceful, and very clean. The staff was friendly and supportive. I didn't have to wait long when I first arrived; I was taken right away, and the treatment room was quite relaxing. My treatment was started by the aesthetician. Since it was my first time, I only scheduled a 25-minute appointment, but as soon as my treatment began, I regretted not scheduling a 55-minute appointment. Warmth from the seat made it feel wonderful. The procedure was fantastic, and my skin felt amazinggg after jade used two products. Jade used the red right and a lot more products I'm not familiar with many of the equipment and products she utilized, but everything she used felt wonderful. Jade also suggested a couple items and an AM PM therapy for me. My skin instantly feels like a baby's skin and is incredibly refreshed after only 5 minutes of the treatment. Not only does my skin feel brand-new as I leave Skin Experts, but also. The overall experience was incredible. I will tell everyone I know, including my family, about the place.

The facility is very nice, clean and modern looking. Very inviting and relaxing. The staff was really friendly and easy going. Shelly did a fantastic job evaluating and treating my skin. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in treating me. My skin looks so much better and it’s only my first visit. 5 stars for sure!! My wife started using there devices and products at home and she has been completely satisfied. I can see a real positive improvement. We’re both looking forward to more treatments and good services.

Went to skin experts today for a free facial. Johna did my facial and she is very educated with all things skin. I ended up buying a facial package along with the some products. They have amazing deals, packages, referral bonuses and much more.

I LOVE going. Every mom should just go get a facial every week and call it therapy. 🥰 Makes me feel confident in makeup-less skin.

If I could give zero stars for their products I would. In November my college daughter received a facial , she had some acne. Normal for an 18 year old, and they recommended their acne products. Which we paid over $100 for and she went back to college. A month later she comes home for Christmas break and her face is full of terrible acne. I told her to stop the products because I felt like they were making her face worse. When I contacted them to let them know, they accused her of ” picking her face and that their products were very clean”. I said they obviously don’t work for everyone and asked for a refund and I was denied, because it was passed 30 day( but she wasn’t home, I understand this is their policy, but they at least should of refunded half). She is a walking advertisement for them. I would be very cautious with their products, and if they don’t work for you, return before the 30 days. My sister referred me to Skin Experts after she had an amazing experience here. I went in today for a express facial. Gao was my estecian and was really knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and customized my facial to meet my needs. I bought their multi functional enhancer tool and can’t wait to start using!
