I don’t normally like to ever write a bad review about a local business, but I needed to share this. I ordered the “toasted caprese sandwich”. Well take a look at the photo and tell me that this is okay? I just think there shouldn’t be false advertising. If you don’t have the resources or employees to actually be making food, then don’t advertise it. This was thrown together, not toasted, and doesn’t even look like mozzarella cheese that would be on a caprese sandwich. We called and they said they would refund it. But please do better as a business.

Love the atmosphere. Well decorated.
Giant windows makes for my perfect work view. The barstool chairs so unique and comfy. Fireplace made it felt cozy.

Love the variety and number of noncoffee options!

I ordered a cinnamon roll drink. It was the perfect temp. I can immediately drink it. I hate when it's too hot and have to wait for it to cool down.

The panini was not a traditional panini where the bread is crunchy on the outside. It was room temp and lacked flavor.

Wish yall had reuseable mugs for people who stay.

I have gone here repeatedly and every time I ask for my drink to be extra hot. Every-time it’s lukewarm at best. Went early in the morning, 2 cars ahead of them then it was my turn. Order my drink extra hot and a cold drink. Wait 15 minutes for two drinks (one a red-bull with flavor) and the other an extra hot. The extra hot was ice cold and ended up having to be poured into a new cup and warmed up at home. For $15 (between two drinks) and a 15 minute wait, I’d expect it to be hot.

Edit: Went on 12/7 and wasnt able to access the $20 credit. Drinks tasted good but wasn’t able to access the credit

I love the new Sips location in Casper!! It’s in a spot that’s easy to access and the decor in the lobby is GORGEOUS!!! I always look forward to trying one of the seasonal drinks, currently my favorite is the Sweater Weather, and it’s always nice when you walk in and all the staff is friendly! Highly recommend!!

I really want to be able to give this location four or five stars, but I can't because of the way their ordering works. They use the Joe app for order ahead, and the whole thing is a nightmare. I have constant issues with orders, and every time I'm there the employees blame the app. You have to preload money on the app, otherwise they charge you a service fee. And you get rewards through the app, but it is by far the worst reward system in town. If you go to 7Brew or Metro, you will get a free coffee every 9 or 10 that you buy. Using the app at Sips means it takes 15 to 20 drinks to get one free coffee, and even then most of their premium coffees aren't allowed for your free selection. Their lack of a good loyalty program and a good app for ordering really limits the effectiveness of going to this place.

I purchase a drink or two everyday from this location via DoorDash for pick up. Everyday I'm at this location. My order for one 20 oz Italian soda went to the wrong location today. After ordering everyday the store wouldn't do the right thing and just make my drink. They told me I needed to drive way out to Mills to pick it up. They told me it's waisting product. It cost you less than 50 cents to do the right thing and not lose a daily customer. Only after getting mad did they make it but she had zero customer service and was rude. I will not be going back I’m the type of person if you don’t value my business then I won’t return. I also was going to purchase 8 teachers gift cards here next week but I will take my business else where. A daily customer isn’t worth a 50 cent fix. Plus it takes forever to get your drinks as to why I order on DoorDash and do pick up.

I ordered a medium vanilla breve. It was excellent and not exceedingly sweet. The coffee taste came through very well and was perfect.

Such great coffee and food!! The Heathrow location is so cute inside and a great place to hang out or study/work. The staff was super friendly even when they were SLAMMED at their Grand Opening. They have had the best customer service every time I have gone there!! 5 ⭐️ all around! Would recommend!
