I highly recommend this cafe! I ordered a classic crepe and cheese danish and both were superb! The crepe was very harmonious with Nutella, banana, and strawberries, and the cheese danish was much better than expected. The custard in the middle of danish was just as soft and good as cheesecake. The atmosphere inside was satisfactory, but if the weather is nice, I would recommend going outside and eating near the flower fountain.

My friend and I stopped in here from out of town. The Honey Cinnamon lattes we got were good, but I cannot say the same for the crepes. My Dori crepe was cold, chewy, and dry, despite having copious amounts of honey on and in it. My friend's Pumpkin Pie crepe tasted fresher and was actually warm.
The lady who took our order was quite rude to me specifically since she was not as rude to my friend who was with me. I'm not sure why, since all I told her was my order as she asked me. However, everything came out rather quickly, which is why I gave it an extra star.
As a positive, the dining area is quite cute, though. I appreciated the aesthetics of this establishment.
Overall, I wouldn't stop back here again.

There aren't too many of these locations around and this is possibly the closest to my house in Beach Park up in NE Lake County.

Anytime my family and I come down to Old Orchard to browse, we always stop in at SIP 22 being the crepes are well worth it.

Their coffee beverages whether hot or iced are always a tasty & quenching addition to their delicious crepes.

Venue is kept clean & sanitized, prices are reasonable and the staff are always super friendly.

Wanna take a break from Starbucks? I highly recommend SIP 22 to anyone!☕😎👍

Below Average coffee place.
No wait time to place order. I was second in line. Placed order for tiramisu latte and caramel macchiato.
It took them 10min to make it.
There is no sign, where to place order or where to pickup as people who came after me started standing behind me in the pickup area.
The coffee was below average after waiting that long. i didn’t even finish my coffee.
Ambiance is fine. Alot of stuff is showcased to sell.
Just because its in the mall, people will stop by to have coffee and snack. But not a place i would recommend

I came here desperate for breakfast food and on that front, it did the job. I did a build your own crepe which could best be described as "fine." The outer part was a bit more chewy than I usually like, definitely overcooked. I also got a raspberry tea which was pretty good. I'd probably eat here again over Starbucks, but it's not something I would go out of my way for.

The service was quick, the quality of coffee , pineapple special and pastries where great. The outdoor tables could've been cleaner it wasn't dust was kind of paint ( same color as tables). I like their little cute table sets outside.

love this place and their crepes. The GIA crepe is in another level! I love the outside sitting area which is called "Husband Day Care" 😛 They are very generous about nutella 🤪. The sitting arrangement inside the shop is little small but they have plenty of space outside.

This establishment provides some nice treats as well as good drinks. The decor is very nice. The presentation of the dishes was very professional. I'm glad I had visited this place and I invite you to do the same .
