Before I write this review, it's important to explain briefly the importance of customer service and how it leaves a lasting impression on a customer's mind. Customer service is such an important factor, especially in industries like the food service, retail, and hospitality industries. Whether it's something simple as a customer picking up a takeout order or someone dining in, it's important to exhibit great customer service in every customer interaction, even if it's a brief visit. With all that said, this silver mine location really blew me away with their superb customer service when I was picking up a recent order. For what it's worth, this is the only silver mine location in town I've frequented because it's close to my house, and I've picked up food here numerous times. The aforementioned recent time I picked up food here was just great. It was a great atmosphere, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Each employee I talked to during my visit was really friendly and welcoming. I was basically in and out because it didn't take long to make my sandwich. Even if my visit was quick, the customer service that was shown to me left a big impression on me. So kudos to the employees there. I definitely look forward to continuing to get food from here.

I'm not complaing just a suggestion, but why am I doing this because if you guys think about maybe heating the meet up ? On your warm sandwiches they would come out way better.
After taking and heating the chicken on the Frontier it was molto delizioso 😋

Absolutely love the cowboy sub. Meat is perfect bread is amazing. The service is chef kiss! The chili is perfect for this cold weather when all you want to do is hibernate. They deliver late as well. I’d suggest you give it a shot. You won’t regret.

We stopped to stay in Cheyenne on our way back to Nebraska and decided to grab dinner here. I was very impressed by this sandwich shop! The sandwich was delicious and the bread tasted so fresh. It was soft and delicious instead of having a stale or hard crust like some other shops have, especially near the end of the night. I would happily eat here every time we stop in Cheyenne.

For the last two orders the subs have been mediocre. The last order was for pick up. The order was missing the au ju for the Cour d’Alene sandwich. They crammed all three subs in one bag. The su jus wouldn’t have fit anyway, that’s on me for not checking before I left the store.
The saddest part of all is the Caribou sandwich was an 8”. I asked for extra avocado and ended up with so much avocado it had soaked into the buns, dripped out of the sandwich soaked through the wrapper, and the bag.
Customers work hard for their money, it’s nice to have a treat even in this economy. It’s sad when we pay for sandwiches in bad condition. I think I will not be returning.

Ordered on DoorDash @12:30am. I could already tell, that there were no drivers on the app once I ordered. Dillon LITERALLY brought my food RIGHT TO ME, at the Pilot truck stop, right up the street. Called in to let them know how much I appreciate it. Truckers normally don’t get get a lot of options. Tim sounded pretty cool as well. GREAT customer service. Thank you!

Was craving a sub and found this spot. Had a great sub can’t remember the name but it was their version of an Italian. Had good flavor and I think they make their bread there it was good too. Best of all they had Mrs Vikies Salt and Vinegar chips!!
