If you’re in Cody, definitely try this bar and the burger. They are cooked right inside the place, and you can watch the cook preparing the food. There are flags of all states hanging inside, and there are so many cool details all around. It’s a very special place. The prices are good, and the location is awesome—we found parking right around the corner. I would definitely go again.

Shannon was our bartender. She was awesome! All the bartenders made up their own cocktail. We had a couple of them and they were delicious! Great dive bar vibe but friendly and clean. Ate a burger with home fries! So tasty! Laurens Palm margarita is yummy!

Had some fun times in this place, crowd changes throughout the night. Beers are reasonably priced, bartenders are cool. Only thing open after the rodeo early in the week. Food shuts down at 9 PM. Hard to go wrong with the Silver Dollar Bar in Cody.

This place has no shortage of character and flavor. And I mean the people and the food. Situated right in Downtown Cody, Silver Dollar Bar fits right in with the whole vibe of this place. The food is unapologetically bar food but it's good. Would recommend as the place to be in the evenings and maybe even pop in for lunch.

I'm wondering if this place has a hard time keeping or hiring employees. It was a very busy day in Cody with multiple events going on. We had to chase down a server to order food. The Bartender had a horrible attitude. We had visited this place in previous years, and had no complaints at that time.

Great food and beers the waitress picked out a great brew for me on her knowledge. The place is dog friendly love that . although they didn't offer fresh water and the food runner didn't seen to be all that happy , I think this place deserve a second visit .

Seemed like a fine enough bar with a regular bar menu but I can’t know for sure because after sitting there for 10 minutes watching the waitress gossiping with other customers, WE COULDN’T GET SERVED, or even acknowledged. Even the cook who was standing there doing nothing didn’t acknowledge us. Perhaps you have to be a local to be served here.

My husband and I ate here the first night of our honeymoon. We should’ve left after the bartender was not very friendly when we ordered our drinks but we decided to stick it out. She was rude and bit our head off when we asked if we could substitute a side. We sat at the bar and after we finished our first drink waiting for our food, she kept walking right by us as our empty bottles were in front of us. We finally had to catch someone else walking by to get us another drink. The hamburgers were dry and way over cooked. Every mozzarella stick had no cheese in it. The onion rings were very good though!
