This is long overdue. I have been seeing Dr. Jeff for nearly a year and always left his office feeling better. Most recently my neck became very sore, tight, and I was in a lot of pain. His genuine concern, and care had me feeling much better. Thank you Dr. JJeff

One year ago I went to a chiropractor in LITH who said he knew precisely how to address the pinched nerve in my neck. He laid me down on a table, attached a 5# weight to a harness fitted to my head, and then dangled me over the edge of the table. The result of this treatment was constant excruciating pain, increased lack of mobility, and decreased sleep. Even with continuous refinements to the treatments, when it ended, I was worse off than when I walked through the door. I cannot say the same about my experience with Dr. Silberfine. Nine months after I started treatment with him he's not only eliminated the day-to-day pain in my neck and shoulders that resulted from the prior approach, he's addressed the pinched nerve. Dr. Jeff is personable, knowledgeable, manages pain and client expectations well. The process of healing is not instantaneous. I'm grateful to Dr. Jeff for guiding me on this journey.

Dr. Jeff is one of the most caring, compassionate Chiropractor I have ever visited. He treats each person as an individual. One year into regular visits with Jeff, Feeling fantastic. I Have a very physical job and getting adjusted every week has been a game changer. Lower back issues have disappeared . I throw in a horseshoe league and am throwing better than I have in years. Jeff is as professional as it gets and he delivers results. Great guy!

My wife has been seeing Dr. Jeff for many years, and I started to come after experiencing lower back pain from doing Crossfit. Dr. Jeff was very friendly and helpful to locate my pain and make adjustments where I need them. My lower back pain has alleviated and I’m able to enjoy my daily life without any pain. I had a flare up of my Sciatica nerve in lower back and after a month of regularly seeing Dr. Jeff, my pain has gone away and I feel so much better. I highly recommend Dr. Jeff!!!

I had horrible sciatic nerve pain and low back pain that I was convinced would not get better. Going to see Dr.Jeff weekly has made a huge difference. I can sleep on my back now and I do not have the sciatic pain anymore. His payment plan allows me to be able to be adjusted 3 times a week. I could not afford that anywhere else. Thank you Dr.Jeff!
