The employees were kind, patient, and informative. On check-in, my husband and I were frazzled and exhausted, but they had no trouble walking us through everything to get us into our room. The stay was lovely, and the cleaning staff were so nice!! On check-out, Kevin was a delight and made sure everything was correct before charging. Smooth stay; would happily stay again in the future and recommend for those looking for a place in downtown San Jose.

Nothing really wrong with his hotel. It is perfectly functional like many or most Hilton Hotels. I don’t like the new concept, which is actually not very new anymore, of no bathtubs. The service was good. The people were pleasant. I’m not fond of having the typical nonhuman answer my call when I would like room service. I prefer a person. Like I said, perfectly functional hotel - nothing wrong with it. Nothing special about it.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and our experience was truly exceptional, largely thanks to David, the incredibly helpful staff member. When it was time to check out, David promptly offered to assist with my heavy luggage and ensuring I had a smooth departure. All staff's outstanding service added a special touch to my stay, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all friendly demeanor and professionalism made us feel instantly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel !

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. At least not like any 5-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only positive aspect to this hotel was our specific room. We lucked out with a double queen facing the pool and it was clean, updated, and quiet. This was the sole reason I gave an extra star. However, our friends had a double suite on a higher floor facing the city and it was horrible - the pull out sofa bed wasn’t fit for any human to lay on - you could feel every single spring. And the city was obscenely loud - as in obnoxious music and what sounded like side shows all night long. The absolute worst part of this hotel is the service - especially the front desk. Almost every interaction was with one or more team members who were rude and unable to solve problems - and this included management! It seems as though they are relying far too heavily on automated phones and bots with phones ringing off the hook and no answer. Yet the staff, appearing to have plenty of time on their hands, are inappropriately trained on customer service and problem solving. This was our second stay here and we will never return. Plenty of other mediocre hotels in the immediate vicinity that cost less.

Abraham was excellent! I left my toiletries bag with many important items when I checked out of the hotel. He took my issue very seriously and handled it expeditiously and professionally. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The whole hotel staff absolutely rocks!

definitely not the quietest room I've been in and I've lived on many AFB's. at first glance its a nice room looked well kept but a few minutes in you start noticing things that are a bit off. maintenance doesn't appear to be top, notch. Upkeep seems to be slacking quite a bit. customer service is soft at best.
upside: the pillows are nice can be molded to fit your sleeping style. the road noise is CRAZY!! the bells and horns are none stop!

this is by far the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at, but let me start with the with the positive aspects first. The only positive aspect was the location. It was very convenient downtown to the airport.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel that I've ever stayed in or even heard about. It looks like it was the site of like some type of riot or have been vandalized in the past and it makes me wonder what type of crazy people stay in this hotel is the entire time we were there, which was only three days. We never saw one cleaning crew now we wouldn't normally notice that type of thing, but the room was filthy. There was nail clippings in there. It had the general or not being cleaned or cared for, but sometimes the small things can be overlooked in the cleaning process, but it gets worse from there almost everything in the room was not worn extremely damaged the bed there was stains on the land sheet lampshades there were stains on the walls. All the furniture was beat up, look like it was thrown from one to one of the rooms several stories above. all of the bedding was permanently stained it just like it makes you wonder who's running that place that doesn't say man we gotta get new bedsheets, but also who was staying there the soap rack in the shower had been ripped out of the wall hadn't been repaired but almost everything in there was broken twisted lopsided is just a true disgrace. i'm gonna blame my wife because she went on Expedia and all her but I'm gonna give her a pass because all of the reviews on Expedia were pretty decent, but all of the reviews on Google showed the true character of the hotel not being familiar with California I wondered to myself is this one of the hotels where they put homeless people during Covid because the place was just completely torn up once you got to the rooms the entrance and lobby were OK but once you got past that it was pretty pretty bad

Overall okayish stay. Expected more from a Hilton branded hotel. The hotel looks beautiful and almost rooms have a great view. One can see a lot of airplanes flying down at frequent times. The staff and valet were courteous. The elevators didn’t work most times. We were getting minor electricity shocks while pressing elevator buttons or tapping the key card to the room doors. The rooms themselves were not that clean and trash was not taken out regularly. At times drinking water bottles weren’t restocked. Also, the pool is good while the gym doesn’t have many workout equipments.
