I had a wonderful experience at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and the parking was free and hassle-free. For the price, the quality and service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and pleasant place to stay.

I did an early checked in and got disappointed by their advertisement - shows on Expedia the queen size room. They say they don’t have that room, but nice enough to give me the same price for another room.

Went in, there is a sewer smell. Took a quick shower to see if the room will get rid of the smell. Nothing. The shower also floods your bathroom (for those handicap be careful- the railing is loosen in room 102). Sink has yellow stain and smells very bad.

I was tired so I took my time to air out the room but the smell did not leave. I decided to go out so it could air out. It did not.

I decided to just get out . Went to the attendant.

No refund.

Took me to other rooms, same sewer smell, ask the attendant to come in and smell too and said that it’s their fragrance .

This is not a good look. I check in early and check out early. Gave them 100 dollar deposit which will be refunded in 3-5 business days and 108 for the room (30 dollar early check in)

The attendant said like his room was good but I wish I took pictures - I wanted to leave as soon as possible. My only regret is being nice to them by giving them chance on the room.

4/16 Update : my response to the comment that was left by the “owner”.

Unfortunately I highly doubt you will do anything about this. Committing fraud pure daylight.

This was an absolute terrible day. If I knew about the policy of the 30 minute I would have immediately called off but wanted to really give the benefit of the doubt but got jeopardized for it.

Literally company will steal your money and say a back slap apology like this and not fix the room or situation.

Those who read this - there is a motel with better quality and cheaper than this around the area. I went after I was told by the front desk that the sewer smell was their fragrance

100 deposit and 80 something for the room. Not too bad. But, could of been better. It's an OK experience. But the street is quiet and nice.

This is my first visit to this hotel. I'm very pleased with the room. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed here several times and received small remarks from the management however my most recent stay took the cake management bursted in my room unwarranted and when I asked about it after clothing and calming myself down they proceeded to tell me it was completely an accident and to not worry about it. Come to hotel elan, experience embarrassment and let me know how it you felt about it .

It was cheap and a place to stay close to where I needed to be. They are in the middle of remodeling the rooms, they put me in one of the finished rooms. It was nice, but the bathroom was 4 star quality, I was impressed with the amount of work and the overall looks. I didn't stay in that room because it didn't have curtains and the afternoon sun made it so hot the AC couldn't keep it cooled down.

Very very dirty:||- floors have food particles; visibly dirty like they just changed the blankets and pillowcase and the towels. No care if the floor is ultra dirty. Found some rotten food behind the side table||- bathroom has so many hairs of previous guests; towels were stained, clothes rack very dirty||- walls and doors have dried food and ketchup stains||- doors have so much stain||Safety:||- somebody was BANGING on our door at 5:40am on october 5, 2022 and was shouting a different name||- double-lock of our door was broken ||-bed was almost collapsing and they just put a piece of wood to make it stand
