Jane and Richard are very friendly. They gave us very good advice for us to plan perfectly our two days in Yosemite and enjoy our days there.
The house is wonderful and the location so peaceful, in the middle of the nature.
The breakfast was very good too. Everything was perfect ! Thank you very much for making our stay memorable.

Lovely couple hosting amazing BnB facility at their property. Jane goes above and beyond to ask you for breakfast needs. If you need to leave early she packs beautifully your breakfast and puts them in fridge so you can just grab and go. The bag is full of surprises with variety of things. If you are not leaving early you can enjoy her home cooked delicious breakfast. Richard was really knowledgeable and eager to suggest best ways to see Yosemite and nearby spots. You can control the temperature of your room, read books, pick from their tea collection, protein bars and fruits. It was an amazing stay. Definitely recommend!

While hiking Yosemite and celebrating our 25th, we had the best time at Sierra Trails B & B! This is easily a home away from home. They have thought of everything and this is a glorious respite. If you are looking for a place, pick here, you will not be disappointed.

This beautiful B&B is nestled in the woods close to Mariposa. It offers scenic outdoor space and charming indoor accommodations. The lounge with fireplace, kitchen and patio give it a feel that you're in a house all your own. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were top notch. It was a reprieve to come back from hiking in Yosemite and be able to relax, spread out and have most of my comforts of home. I also appreciated the outdoor spots to sit, sip coffee, and enjoy the abundant hummingbirds feeding all around. Our hosts were so helpful, friendly and informative. It was almost like staying with family. I'd highly recommend this spot!

We stayed at this wonderful, quiet B & B for two nights (in May). The owners Richard and Jane were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. If you like quiet and comfortable this is perfect. It would be a great place just to spend some relaxing time. It takes about ten minutes or so to get into Mariposa where there some very nice places to dine (we tried the Savoury which was outstanding). We spent a day in Yosemite which was beautiful as always and the water falls and the Merced River were incredible! This was one of the best stays we have ever had and hope to go back again.

Jane and Richard were the perfect hosts. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and Yosemite. They were very keen to talk through maps and trails and give us as much information as they could - all of it excellent, we had an amazing time from following their advice. There is a guests living room with a sink & fridge which was kept full with beer & water. There were snack bars and granola all provided free of charge. Break fast was great with a choice of 'bagged up' for an early start, a buffet or a hot option. The room was fantastic with a balcony and wonderful views of the hills. We felt really at home there.

We had a lovely couple of days here. You are made to feel very welcome and the hosts are more than happy to share their local (and beyond) knowledge with you to help your trip along. Shame we had such bad weather in Yosemite but at least we had a lovely place to come back to! Watching the hummingbirds was a joy. On recommedation we ate at Church Street one night - it was a fabulous meal and worth the trip to Mariposa (about 20 minutes away).

Happy to find this gem of a B & B! Very comfortable, nicely decorated, friendly and helpful hosts, nice breakfast buffet (hot breakfast is an option, as well). The hosts also provide snacks, bottled water, a refrigerator, a coffee/expresso maker, and microwave. Located between Mariposa and Oakhurst, Sierra Trails Inn makes a good base for visiting Yosemite and the surrounding area. The quaint gold rush town of Mariposa is about 14 miles away for dinner options.
