Shugs Pet Spa is absolutely amazing! She takes such great care of our dogs and has done wonders for our black lab, Astria. Shugs even solved some sensitive skin issues and build-up that had been bothering Astria. It's clear she truly cares about the pets she works with, and her attention to detail is incredible. My dog is terrified of baths and screams, so I have difficulty grooming him and often embarrassed to take him to be groomed because of this. However, the owner was very gentle and was able to keep him calm, while also doing quality work. Since she started grooming him, I've noticed improvement with his anxiety with baths.
