I told them I wouldn’t leave a bad review but I’m doing the community a disservice if I don’t. I had my dip nails removed (I got them done somewhere else) and asked for a no chip manicure. It all started to go downhill when she filed my nails improperly. You can see in the photo how uneven she made them. Of course they blame YOU and never take responsibility for doing a poor job shaping. Several of my nails were mis-shaped in this manner where one side was straight like a V and the other is normal and round. The amount of drilling on my nailbed was absolutely uncalled for to remove the dip. Then, as she applies the white, I start noticing it is smeared, there are hairs in the nail polish, sparkles and air bubbles in it. Acts like they don’t see anything when I try to bring it up. Lastly, they are so bumps and not smooth, as shown in the first image. The end result is absolute butchery of my nails. I cried and was so appalled at what they did to my hands so I called and said I am requesting a refund, as they completely butchered my nails. She said sorry hunny no refunds, come in if you want them fixed. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed at the work done, apologize and just give a refund. Absolutely zero customer service. So I went in and this other poor lady had to remove it all and try to fix it all. She drilled my nails down so low that my nail beds are paper thin and still hurting 1 week later. As she was doing the french tips, they were still messy and not as clean as I wanted. I spent so many hours there I told her never mind so I left with a clear coat and paper thin, sore nail beds. I feel bad for her that the girl made her come into work to fix my nails instead of just giving me my money back. I can’t even get my nails done now because I need to wait til they grow out so they can be strong again because they keep breaking off and I can’t afford any more drilling. And another thing, when I came back in to get them fixed, some random employee there comes up to me and grabs my hand to look at it. Thinking it was him who was going to fix them, I allowed him to look. Then he just walks away. How rude! Get some people skills. And nail skills while you’re at it. I understand the no refund policy but when you completely butcher someone’s hands to the point they can’t get their nails done for the next 8+ weeks, maybe it makes sense to apologize by giving them their money back at LEAST. I’m appalled at the greed.

I have come to this salon many times before for their deluxe pedicures, which I love! However, I don't like their acrylic nail services they provide. Also, almost at every salon, when receiving a pedicure the nail technician gashes a huge chunk out of supple non -calloused skin by not paying attention. For this reason, I have stopped receiving callous removal and buffing portion of the pedicures at salons (I found a favorite that I allow them to do everything but they are booked fast!) I called and explained I'd like the deluxe pedicure and to pay the full for the deluxe pedicure including previous nail gel removal. The person taking my call seemed confused and asked if I wanted any services done to the nail. I said yes, I did want services to the nail, just no removal of any skin at the bottom of my feet, that I'd take care of that on my own. She agreed. I arrived at my appointment time and the owner asked if I wanted toe polish change. I said "yes, with the pedicure" and asked if it was possible to do a French pedicure again. She looked at my toes and agreed. I sat in the chair and recieved no chip removal and immediately after she began to paint my nails. I never recieved a pedicure of any kind... no cuticle management, no soak, no massage, no water. I was nicked and cut 4 times, bleeding in the process of her removing my previous no chip. And while she was filing, one of the toe nails got jammed by her filing and lifted half way off the nail bed, exposing raw skin. At no time did she apologize. When I got home to put cuticle oil on later that night, I noticed a bunch of additional white nail polish she never cleaned up around the toes. I paid 35 dollars for this service and my intention was to go in and come out feeling great. My feet are still uncomfortable today. I will never go there again, and the way the exposed blood was treated was so unsanitary. It's a shame because their deluxe pedicure is really nice when actually done when asked.

Sincerely,

Still in pain

I went in today to get my acrylics taken off. The lady there shoved this piece of plastic under my nail (which is shown) and I told her it hurt. She told me that was normal and shoved it there 3 more times. It began bleeding badly and I began crying and then she stopped. She shoved a dirty metal plate in there and glued it back together. She charged me for the service even though she caused me pain. I hope I don't get an infection from this. Don't recommend!

I loved this place. 1st time there today and I was treated with such respect. My feet were awful and neglected, I didnt shave, last minute decision to go and they didnt make me feel bad at all. The paraffin wax worked wonders on my heels(Which are hard as cement BTW!) Im definitely going back. Reasonably priced too!

Maddy is absolutely phenomenal! My daughter has a bunch of allergies and she went above and beyond to make sure everything would be OK for her. Cannot recommend enough. Very professional while at the same time being very friendly and personable. Call and book with confidence!

I was given a gift certificate to try this place as I'm moving to the area. I was there over two hours for a pedicure and asked for a no chip manicure. The shop felt dirty and the staff talked about me to each other in their language. I got sick from the acetone fumes because they had me soak my nails in a bowl of it instead of wrapping them and then proceeded to scrap my nails ruining the nail underneath. I asked them to stop at that point so I could go somewhere else before they completely ruined my nails. They charged me $45. I got a $20 pedicure and they removed my no chip which according to their price list should have been $10. I just walked out at that point. I will not be returning. Getting my nails done is a treat for me and I left there over charged, nails not done and sick to my stomach from fumes.
