today i went and had a dermaplane and hydro-facial by mandi and it was the most relaxing experience i have ever had, super super thankful for this beautiful girl and her team. she recommended me products and got me set up with a skin care line! they have amazing specials, and discounts, a monthly membership that i have become apart of. she has asked me questions about my skin history and has helped me so much just by one appointment, i will be coming back. 10/10❤️

Great place for a beginner’s facial (if it’s your first time ever) ….. I’ve been getting professional facials for years now but was slightly disappointed with the steps followed (e.g no toner or serums used) plus it’s not really a quiet experience if there are others a getting treatment as the rooms aren’t closed off…. My lady had a great personality

unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with my first Diamondglow treatment today. the reception was very cold. I was neither told the lady's name nor was any step explained as to what she was doing. at the beginning the dermaplane treatment was very uncomfortable (I didn't know that). was very quick and loveless and from time to time it really hurt. Then came the actual diamondglow treatment, which felt like 5 minutes, then without a word I got a mask on my face and lay there for about 20 minutes without knowing what was going to happen or any steam device above me. I didn't even know that I was alone now. At some point the lady came in then took my mask off and put lotion on my face. I was totally shocked by this type of treatment and left the shop relatively without a word. when I first looked in the mirror I noticed a cut on my forehead and there was no sign of the treatment (clean pores). Removal of impurities and all that I actually loved so much after a facial treatment was completely absent. this treatment costs a lot of money, but I wouldn't do it again even for free. What a pity, I had been looking forward to the experience for weeks!

Shine Facial Bar membership will forever be a nonnegotiable in my monthly budget! I love that I can achieve my skin goals without breaking my bank. The estheticians always have the best recommendations for how to care for my skin. The products they recommend don't break the bank and create amazing results. I love how I can always get an appointment, even if I decide last minute I need a service. I would definitely recommend anyone who is wanting healthier skin start adding appointments at SHINE to their monthly calendar!!

I don’t get to go often but every time I do go it’s been a great experience. The place is always clean and I’ve always been greeted with a smile. The estheticians are always eager to answer any questions and willing to teach on ways to take care of your skin and the importance of doing so. They are very helpful with finding products and services that work best for your skin type and budget. They offer great deals for first time clients and I recommend giving them the opportunity to make you feel your best.

Absolutely beautiful office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. For my first facial, I Started with a new client facial. Helen did a fantastic job and gave me samples to take home and try. Literally saw results after my first visit. Helen was very informative and gave me great feedback. She was patient with all my questions. I left with a hydrated face and another appointment. Highly recommended! If it’s your first time getting a facial, I recommend asking for Helen! She is great!

I have been a member at Shine since February up until today, the staff always seemed nice and friendly, I started off with Nancy who was always sweet, then I moved to Valerie because of a change in the particular service I wanted. She has always been nice but a little extra on the “girl” word, when I have a NAME! Today I felt very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that I knew it wasn’t just a feeling, leaving out I always go by the counter to schedule an appointment but today for some odd reason no follow ups were needed. I was being discussed in the next room, and customer service was just very poor today. I will no longer be a member, nor will I continue paying MY MONEY to an establishment that does not care for me.

Overall my experience at Shine was great! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and it was very clean. I did feel like my facial was rushed though but other than that I have no complaints about the service I received, it was great! The only other complaint (if you can even call it that) was that it wasn’t a very relaxing atmosphere? I just wasn’t expecting pop music while getting a relaxing facial lol. I’ll definitely come back if I want something fast but if you’re wanting to be calm and relaxed I would look elsewhere.
