Our first time at Sherries Place. I was not expecting the delight of our decision. When you walk in, you feel a little like you stepped back in time. A small sensation that felt like we had gone home. The atmosphere was welcoming and very comfortable. They were busy, but the customer service provided made us feel as if we were the only diners. They never missed a beat and were consistently professional, patient, helpful and very pleasant. The food was excellent...absolutely excellent. My chicken fried steak was large enough for two meals. Loved every bite... even the cold leftovers for breakfast the following morning. The cinnamon roll, large enough to share, was very good.

Sherrie’s Place in Downtown Casper is a must-visit! Dr. McGinley always recommends it when I'm in town for medical treatment, and it quickly became my go-to breakfast and lunch spot. Sherrie herself has been my waitress, and she and her staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is outstanding—large portions, home-cooked goodness, and a cozy, friendly atmosphere. The pecan cinnamon roll is a must-try! It’s no surprise they’ve won numerous awards. If you're in Casper, don’t miss this gem!

Just a typical American diner style restaurant with great tasting food. My wife got a phenomenal chicken fried steak and I got the chorizo burger which hit the spot. My wife also got their soup of the day which was green chili. We also got one of the giant cinnamon rolls which was the best part. The diner is small and the place was packed but we were served quickly. I can definitely recommend.

If you're going through Casper Wyoming this is definitely worth the stop the food was incredible probably the best breakfast I've ever had in my life and the staff was amazing they all helped each other and treated the patrons like honored guests.

If you're anywhere near this place I would definitely stop in you won't be disappointed.

Went looking for breakfast and came across Sherry's place, got there a little too late so we had lunch.
Husband ordered the turkey, bacon with cheese and tomato, his side was fruit (from a can). John ended up taking half of the sandwich back to the RV.
I ordered the veggie melt with tater tots, I eat the whole thing!
Service was excellent and with every lunch, you get homemade bread.
Gabriel was excellent right on top of everything, nice and friendly. He took the time to explain things about the area for us to go see.

What a treat! We were skeptical at first. But after a minute we felt like we had walked into Cheers! They seemed to know every guest’s name and not just that but were actively engaged. ☺️

I asked the guys at the next table if they come in often and they replied that they were sworn regulars! An older couple toddled in on a walker and everyone jumped into action to help them to a seat. 🥰 Then hugs all around! 💖

Oh and the food!!! Homemade, delicious, and such generous portions!!!🥧 We were told Sherrie has been running the place for 27 years.

We drive through Casper often on our way to our motel (www.theblackbearinn) in Dubois, WY and we will now become regulars too. 💜

A down home, cozy restaurant. Great breakfast and lunch specials served up quick. Food portions are large, but prices aren't. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Yummy homemade pies and cinny rolls. Limited seating. A Casper community treasure!
