The 5 star review is because the staff from reception to the restaurant, housekeeping and club lounge are all so friendly and accommodating. They recognize repeat guests and are gracious and hospitable. Emi was the first to great us when we arrived via the side door, and made us feel welcome with her lovely energy. It was nice to see Tammy at reception again and she immediately recognized me and recalled my daughter from my previous stay. This time my friend was with me celebrating her birthday,and Tammy acknowledged her with special attention. I appreciate the staff being so welcoming. I feel at home away from home.

We had to stay an extra night in Chicago before flying out for our spring break trip. I had booked the first night at the Fairmont Inn down the street, thinking they had park and fly because they had an airport shuttle and a daily parking fee. I was disappointed when I discovered you can only park while staying there. Then, we woke up in the morning, planning to utilize parking at the Sheraton, but our daughter was too sick to fly. I called the Sheraton about checking in early and was helped by Anda, who told me early check-in was definitely an option. We checked out from the Fairfield and went down the road to the Sheraton. Again , Anda was at the front desk and was so kind. After having to cancel our flights for that morning and having a sick child, it was so nice to be welcomed and allowed to check in early, so our girl could get some more sleep. The suites are so spacious, and we appreciated having the extra room to spread out. We were also really impressed by the food and drinks at the bar. I will always recommend folks stay at Sheraton! Anda’s hospitality was especially appreciated, and made a difficult start to our spring break much better.

We always stay here when flying out of O'hare. We book the park and fly rate and leave our car in their garage while we travel. It's so nice to just hop on the shuttle and get dropped off/picked up at the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious. The concierge lounge is well run and has a nice breakfast.

The Sheraton Suites is a very nice property and with some improvements to maintenance and service would be good. It is located within a short distance to Allstate. You could walk it but we drove and parked at the arena. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and ordinarily offered water and so on at check in and in the room. Though we indicated more than one person there was a single bottle of water in the room. That's just a kind of nit standing alone. The shower head did not work in the room and one of the flat screen TV's was also not functioning. We did not find out about the shower head until the morning of our departure. On the morning of the departure housekeeping began knocking on the door at 7:45 AM and entered without leaving time to respond (we were still sleeping). It's clear these folks do not want to hear about your experience because they make it impossible to find an email address to share your concerns or experience. Though the general manager places a letter in the room there is no contact information on it and if you ask for an email address you will be ignored. I sent a message on their Facebook page asking for an email address and it was ignored. The Sonesta across the street is just as nice and the service is better. All of the properties in the area sell quickly for popular events at Allstate and raise their rates for those nights accordingly.

Enjoyed a one night stay so that I could attend a training seminar held at the hotel. Check in was seamless and quick. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was very impressed with the 2-room suite. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. I also ate at the restaurant for dinner and then for breakfast the next day and the food was very good as was the service. Overall was very pleased and would definitely stay there again. Great value.

AAAA++++++++………the trip was fantastic as well as the hotel. Definitely will recommend to everyone. All the rooms are suites that go up to the 10th or 11th floor. I will definitely return…….BIG SHOUTOUT and AWESOME customer service goes to Tammy and Byran (hopefully I spelled his name correctly lol). These did an excellent job and I will always remember them at this hotel when I come back.

Very kind and helpful staff. Gave a great deal on a room! The view of the airport was awesome. The room was very clean and beautiful. Would definitely recommend to someone to stay, and will stay again myself if the opportunity presents itself.
