Nice place but paper thin walls. You can’t get a good rest here. Sorry to say. You hear everyone walking above your room to where the walls shake. You hear people talking as they walk down the halls. It is honestly one of the worst places I have stayed. The staff at front desk are nice but I guess I should have asked for a room far away from others. I didn’t know they built hotels this thin. So if you are looking for a good night sleep and relaxing. Do not come here. Won’t happen.

From the moment I walked in Taryn greeted me and checked me and was extremely helpful with all the amenities the property offers.
The property was very well maintained and clean. A great place for business or pleasure. Located close to everything in Carlsbad.
The on property restaurant (7 Mile ) was great for breakfast and dinner offering wood fire pizzas.

Amazing staff and beautiful rooms! We loved our stay. The rooms was very spacious and the restaurants were also delicious. We also had the bonus of using the legoland walking path which was an added bonus. Pool was semi heated but the hot tub was also nicely maintained

Service is lacking. No one picked up the lobby phone. Called the restaurant a few times to order a pizza, and on one answered.we had an issue with our door key, and it took at least 30 min to send someone to the room after multiple calls. There wasn't coffee on the lobby, and we were directed to the Starbucks on site. Only 1 employee was working, and the expresso machine was broken, so only drip coffee was available, which was very bitter. The price for drip coffee is $8.50/ cup and $9 for latte if available. The woodfire pizza was approximately $30, although we never purchased one. The rooms were basic and clean and there was plenty of parking. We chose to stay here for close proximity to LEGOLAND, which was a 5-minute walk to a back entry point, which was nice. In summary. Great location, as expected room for a decent price and a little lacking on customer services.

We loved our stay at this hotel! We booked a Ponto Studio Suite with 1 King and 2 Twin Beds. The staff were wonderful, the room was amazing, and the location next to Legoland is an amazing perk! I would definitely choose to stay here again!!

I'm currently staying here, and the room level is confusing, we went around 3x, and asked the worker to show our room but ended up on the wrong floor. The worker told us to go up to the level 3 even though our room # is 211* it turns out that we have to use the inside building elevator to go down to the 1st floor? to go to our room. The worker said it's 2 different building. The room is outdated, the vent's filter is dirty (like it hasn't been changed for a very long time, see pictures), door and everything needs some work because it looks ghetto, unclean, I can hear people walking back and forth from top of our room. try to call front desk to ask about the ice machine that doesn't work on the 1st floor, but no one picks up the phone, like no one working here. it's not worth the money to stay here especially if you bring little kids under 5 like me to go to Legoland. My kids won't be able to see fireworks either since we're on the 1st floor. I'm a bonvoy member, and usually other Sheraton isn't like this.. so I wouldn't reccomend going here with family. I wouldn't come again.

We really enjoyed our quick stay at the Sheraton. We did so as a family trip to visit Legoland. If we would have known how close it was and the benefitsnof staying here, we would have done it a long time ago. We pre paid for parking, but we didn't realize we didn't have to if we would have known there is a special path from the hotel to the park. The people at the front desk are very helpful. I especially had a good experience with Johnny, he was very nice and warm and had a good sense. He made a family friendly vibe. The food at the hotel breakfast was excellent. The only thing was the rooms were a lot old and not in the best of shape, not just basic and a little old.

Thank you so much to Grace Butterfield!!! She has made each and every experience here at the Sheraton so spectacular for me and my family!!! This is our home away from home and we look forward to seeing her every time we come to Carlsbad! The rooms are always clean, and my kids have such a great time at the pool, Legoland is a VIP experience since we get to go through the back entrance of the resort! 7 mile and 20/20 have an amazing food selection and dining experience! Whether you live in San Diego and are looking for a staycation from any other city... come to Westin/Sheriton Carlsbad ask for Grace and you will have an amazing experience!!!!
