The hotel is well done-clean, neat and welcoming! The staff is truly wonderful! Christy greeted us our first night. It was midnight because our flight was delayed in Seattle and and we had been traveling for about 18 hours. She processed our check in quickly and made it so easy to get settled in our room! |The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and activities. |We highly recommend this hotel!

This isn't a new hotel, but it's still a great one! I particularly enjoyed the retro feel of the lobby circa 1990's or late 80s. The rooms are pretty renovated, but bathrooms are a bit dated. I didn't have a huge problem with that. THE VIEWS THOUGH! My window was facing the Merrill Field airport close by so I enjoyed watching the multitudes of bush planes taking off and landing. The spacious gym has an awesome view as well.

Excellent stay at Sheraton Anchorage! The staff was incredible and so welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to make our daughter feel special on her birthday.

The room was nice with a beautiful view of the mountains. The water pressure was awesome and the bath products were great.

Staff was very helpful pointing us in the direction of great things to do.

Located close to downtown, close proximity to great restaurants in the downtown area. Elite members are treated to a nice lounge with a very nice view of the mountains. The young man that works the lounge at night is outstanding. There was a few small issues at first but Brittney went out of her way to make it right. Would Definitely stay here again

My wife and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Anchorage and enjoyed the hotel very much.
When we arrived, we were impressed with the lobby area, check in was fast and efficient and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable.
Dinner that night was outstanding, great food and outstanding service. Breakfast in the Jade restaurant was great. We arrived 15 minutes before closing but our server was very hospitable and welcoming. The biggest stack of panckes I've ever seen. Our room was beautiful and very clean. I worked in hotel hospitality for over 30 years and this was one of the best stays I've ever had. You guys are excellent. Thank you for a great experience

Big thank you to the staff at this hotel! Very friendly and efficient to their customers.|Especially want to that Assistant Manager, Chrissy Macdonald. Upon our evening arrival, she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. When she saw we were in Alaska celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. |This hotel is very clean and a relaxing place to stay!

The lady at the front desk, Princess, was the nicest part of our day. She was kind, professional, and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. The buffet satisfied my hungry teenagers. It was the best coffee we had on the trip so far, nice and strong.

We had a beautiful suite with a spectacular view of the mountains. The room was very clean and kept up nicely each day. We loved the lounge area and went each night. A great waitress served us each night. Would highly recommend!
