I had services completed by Tiara, she was extremely friendly and professional. My hair is extremely curly in the type 4 mostly and relatively long. She shampooed and deep conditioned my hair so my silk press came out flawless and she took care of my dead ends.

As someone who has a lot of anxiety regarding salons caring for my hair I’m very pleased and will definitely return to see Tiara.

I’ve been a client of Shear Excellence for over 5 years. I’ve seen a few different stylists and have loved my hair every time. I especially like that they do in salon training. Like they actually help the new stylists get better at their craft. They’re helping to elevate the industry and truly care for their clients and team. I won’t go anywhere else! ❤️

So let’s start with these photos in order. The first with blonde highlights is BEFORE going to Shear “Excellence” Salon. That ratted pink party city wig you see next is AFTER, that was a total of $1300. The following photo is what was requested. Photos after that are reviews that you’ll never see on their facebook page because they delete any/all negative comments. I can’t believe that not only is someone LICENSED to do hair this way, would actually love to see her license. But also that they refused a refund or correction. I will NEVER waste my time or money at an establishment that won’t even stand behind their work and has absolutely 0 empathy for THEIR mistake. Already reported to IDPFR to be investigated and check the validation of each stylist’s licensing.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Da’Shae at Shear Excellence Salon. My 4-year-old son and I have been loyal clients for almost 2 years. Shae has the patience of a saint when it comes to braiding his hair, and she makes it such a positive experience for him. As for my hair, she kills the cut and color every time. She’s the only stylist I’ve ever had that does exactly what I want and makes it look great every single time. She also puts my hair’s health above everything, which is really nice. I’ve also had waxing services done by a few of the estheticians, and they were so sweet and were able to get me right in. This salon and its employees deserve 10/5 stars.

I scheduled an appointment out of the blue while traveling for work! Needed a color asap for a meeting I had and the stylist I had was amazing and nailed my inspo pic! I love it!! The whole salon was welcoming and the owner, Bridgett was SO NICE! I highly recommend this salon!
