Love the team at Shape! I’ve been coming to Nelly since she arrived in Chicago on and off and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done! Definitely have reached several goals for my physical appearance. The staff make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend!

Two hour appointments, once a week, for 13 weeks. Approximately $1300. ZERO change in my appearance. I wish I had the opportunity to show a before and after picture, but you are more than welcome to reach out to me and I will send it to you I gave them ample opportunity to make things right, but they only offered me “maintenance“, for a fee, of course. How can I maintain a result I never achieved?

The entire team is so professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable right away and really took the time to understand my goals. I’ve been doing body sculpting treatments and I can already see a difference. The staff truly knows what they’re doing and makes every session a personalized experience.

The space itself is gorgeous! It’s super clean, modern, and chic, which adds to the whole experience. You can tell they pay attention to every detail.

It’s been a year that I’ve been going to shape and I absolutely love it! The vibe is so relaxing the girls are amazing ! Shape is literally a home to me. Going has definitely helped me physically mentally and emotionally. When I started going I was depressed after a loss and was letting myself go. Soon I started feeling better seeing my results and all the chats with the girls. Months later they had me looking my absolutely best for my wedding!
