I recently went with my friend for a pedicure, and it was such an amazing experience! It was my first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The person who took care of my pedicure was so attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everything was comfortable. It really made the whole experience feel special, and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. My friend had a manicure, too, and she was absolutely in love the with the work that was done to the point shes now a regular. 10/10, definitely recommend!

I have been going to Shang nail for 4 years consistently, Katrina, Stephanie, Shirley and Sofia are my favorites they are so funny, sweet, loving and definitely know how to get you right with the nails and pedi. In the four years I have not went nowhere else nor will I ever! They are the best in LA hands down! I drive over an hour to get my nails and feet done and I would drive 2 hours if need be! You won’t be disappointed at all! Love the ladies love the quality of work the best designs the best polish and the best products they spare no experience to make you feel like a queen!

The atmosphere was really nice and the staff are friendly. My manicure was good, but I'm used to a water-based manicure, and this was my first dry manicure. Although I liked my gel manicure I would not return for the price I paid. My design was amateur, and I paid $15 extra for it. I also paid an additional $5 for Japanese gel, no noticeable difference. I had to pay $7 for a chip nail gel repair. By the time I walked out, I had spent $65 on a gel manicure + tip!!! That's over the top to paint my natural nails.

I gotten the gelx after they told me it was a better and stronger option than acrylics but when I went and got them it was $88 for the full set because an ombre was considered a design. I was willing to pay the price because I thought it was going to last and third service was good quality. However after 6 days, my nail chipped and when I went in the next day to get it fixed they still charged me $7 saying it was not their fault because I chipped it, okay if I fell off my nail would it be their fault... I don't recommend the place because their price and quality don't match. Was definitely not worth it.

When I tell you Shelly did the MOST with that gorgeous freehanded neon star!! She went the extra mile to make sure it actually looked like neon for my “glow” party. I attached the reference photo I gave her so yall can see how on point this art is. $93 for this GelX manicure and worth EVERY cent.

First time today!

At first there was a schedule misunderstanding. I thought 330 and it was 230. They were so kind to accommodate me and my daughter for 330 anyway. Great customer service.

My nail artist was Sophia and she did a beautiful job. She was detailed and careful. She listened and was accommodating to my requests.

My daughters nails were cute too and they didn’t hurt her.

They’re up to date with techniques and styles.

“ nail extensions” are a must try! So much better and less invasive on the nail than acrylic.
