Went into a seemingly modest establishment, looking for lunch. Was fully blown away by the quality of the food. Being it was my first time there, I hadn't given much thought into how it was gonna be. Believe me, there's nothing better than finding good food at a good price. The place had a calming feel to it as well.

I recently dined at Shan Shan Low restaurant and had a fantastic experience! The Chinese food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We ordered egg fried rice, vegetable chow mein, Mongolian beef, and chicken with tofu, all of which were savory and delicious.

While the restaurant has an older appearance, it is quite spacious and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly, making our visit even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of parking available, and the location is great! I highly recommend Shan Shan Low and look forward to returning with friends and family.

My son and I went for an early Xmas dinner, and this place was actually pretty good. It's your stereotypical established Chinese restaurant. The portions were good, and the food tasted pretty good. We had 3 different entrees including noodles (long life and all that). All three did not disappoint. The "good", the food and service. The "bad", the restaurant needs a reno. I think the last time they did anything was probably back in the 90s when they opened this place. So, if you just happened to be in Concord, and need a decent Chinese restaurant, check out this place. You won't disappointed. It's authentic and affordable.

This place was amazing, easily one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been at. The service was superb. The staff was super nice, and we got our food in about 5 minutes, which was one of the fastest serving times I’ve ever had. Every single dish we tried tasted great, and there was nearly no leftovers. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Been coming here for 17 years. This place and food has not changed (in a good way). I always get the salt & pepper pork chops and they are always excellent. Service is quick.

First timer here at this restaurant, but definitely no stranger to Chinese cuisine or dining experience.

Service is fast and friendly, and more attentive than other similar restaurants.

Menu is pretty standard. Flavors generally vary between restaurants, obviously, this one having a more southern Chinese flare.

We had potstickers (not my favorite - thin skin and a bit soggy), chicken chao mein (tasty), Mongolian beef (excessively salty), and curry chicken (tasty).

The soup and spring rolls at the beginning were good. Crispy spring rolls with a sweet/sour dipping sauce.

Price is about standard as well.

We were at 99 ranch and their prepared food section was closed early so we looked around for something close by and settled on this restaurant. It was about 7pm on a Saturday and we were seated right away (part of 2). The portions are huge and the food is delicious. They give you some tea and water when you first sit down. My bf got the dinner for one (egg roll, won ton soup, rice and your choice of main, he chose general tsao). I got the vegetable chow mein and salt/pepper wings. The wings were so crunchy and the chow mein was so fresh! We had more than enough to take home and have 3 more servings. It came out to $59 plus tax. Highly recommend it!!
