We visited Shaghf Café and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was calm, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. We had the pistachio frappe, and it was incredibly delicious — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The presentation was beautiful, and the staff were kind and attentive. Definitely one of the best café experiences in Phoenix. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy spot with great drinks! Dubai chocolate was only 4.5 star rest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stopped by Shaghf Cafe and loved it! I had the hot chocolate and the pistachio frappuccino — both were amazing. The hot chocolate was rich and smooth, and the pistachio frappuccino had the perfect balance of sweet and nutty flavor. The place had a cozy vibe and the staff was really friendly too. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

We went with the barista's suggestions, very good. Wonderful service. Beautiful cafe. I had a Spanish hot, my friend had a pistachio cold something, I didn't catch the name but she loved it. Definitely go!

Such a cute cafe! We went because we were looking for the viral Dubai chocolate (worth it) but we also got their refreshers, I got the lemon watermelon breeze and my sister got the strawberry breeze. Both were really refreshing and sweet! The service was great, everyone was super welcoming. And the cafe itself was very cute, we will definitely come back soon!

This place is a real treat! Tried three different desserts, and each one was so uniquely delicious. Nice clean inviting environment, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Good place to go solo, on a date, or with a group of friends. Can't wait to come back and try some of their drinks- they look fantastic!

Me and my friend were visiting Phoenix and wanted to sit at a cafe later at night and we found Shaghf, which opens until 1am. Its super cozy inside and they have a variety of drinks and desserts to choose from! Tammy was of great help and recommended us the coconut matcha latte and the mango frappe based on what we liked, and both were amazing! Highly recommend, I'm definitely comign back next time im in town!

1/4/25: Short version - I do not know how to pronounce it, but I do know it is a very cool place! Very stylish, exceptionally clean, friendly staff, and some mighty fine beverages & treats. Nice sized shaded patio. I didn't notice if there were misters for the hot summer months, though. Definitely a place to visit again and again.

Long version - we stopped in this particular Saturday a little bit before 4 pm. The first striking thing I noticed was the decor. Classy, colorful, and comfortable. It has a very welcoming vibe, as well. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and helpful with our questions, patient while we decided which tasty treats to purchase -- and there are a lot.

With ASU being on holiday, it was not crowded. There were a few other people inside, with a small group enjoying the patio. As I was taking pictures, my eyes kept wandering to what they were eating. My curiosity got the best of me and I walked out to ask; it was a Nutella crepe. There were about five or six people sharing it and every single one them commented on how good it was.

My sister ordered the red velvet latte, mine was the lemon breeze pomegranate. We both enjoyed them, but not as much as the sweets we ordered (ha ha): Bischoff cheesecake and Pistachio Croffle. Let me say I do not like cheesecake. It is too dense and rich, even for my sweet tooth. But their Bischoff cheesecake was nothing like that. It was light and airy, and although sweet, not sickeningly so. It was fantastic. My pistachio croffle was divine. A slight crisp on the outside, airy inside, and the pistachio mixture was mouthwateringly good. Another gentleman delivered everything to our table as they became available and was also very polite, laughing along with us when I said, "there's 5,000 calories on that plate there". LOL!

The parking lot is not huge but there are two park-n-rides close by (one east across the street and another north). I am not a coffee drinker but it looks like they have plenty of alternatives, and my raging sweet tooth is very happy with their treats. We will definitely visit Shaghf Cafe again. And again.

I came for the Dubai chocolate bar! It was delicious & packaged beautifully! Subtle pistachio flavor. Love the crispy texture. I just wish it was bigger & had more filling 😋 the staff was very nice & the cafe was clean. I’ll definitely be back to try the drinks & other desserts!
