Cindy was absolutely amazing. I had a consultation with her describing what it was I was wanting to do with my brows and she knew just what to do. Had my apt. with her today for doing the powder tattooing of the brows and I absolutely love them!!! She was so wonderful at explaining how everything goes and answering all my questions. She also was extremely particular on measuring and making sure everything was absolutely perfect!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cindy she is absolutely amazing!! Her studio is absolutely so cute!!! Her aftercare bag was so cute as well!!

Cindy is amazing! Great experience and customer service. Everything was excellent from the making the appointment to the after care goodie bag. Her studio shop is Beautiful. Cindy listened to exactly the eye liner look I wanted and applied it perfectly! Highly recommended.

Cindy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING🤗 She makes you feel warm and welcome during your visit. Cindy, has a great bedside manner and technique , which is hard to find these days. She did a NANO brow fill for me at my appointment today and she Definitely goes above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Minimal to zero pain during procedure, which makes for an even better visit. Not only does she make your eyebrows look absolutely gorgeous, but she also goes out of her way to make aftercare goodie bags for each client with all the necessities for aftercare treatment, with a little extra eye care and lip care.

This is the first time in 15 years I haven’t felt self conscious about my eyebrows. A few years ago I had my eyebrows microbladed by someone else and they didn’t turn out or stay. Cindy patiently messaged back and forth with me for a year answering all my questions and concerns and coming up with the best technique for me. {powder/nano brow combo} Now I wish I wouldn’t have waited! She thoroughly explained the entire process and the end result is worth every penny; including the healing time. {Trust the entire process!} And- BONUS I save a ton of time putting my make up on and never worry about my brow liner smudging or wearing off.
I HIGHLY recommend Cindy with Shaded Permanent Cosmetics!
