I've been going here since I was 16. Owners are very nice. If you have a problem with how they work, go back in. Don't complain later. It's very disrespectful. They will refund you, & do it for free. Nails grow out ya know. Be Positive.

My appointment was at 530, I left at 730 (they close at 7 so I tipped him more than usual). He tried his best and all were very friendly. Overall, it was fun but my nails were snagging my hair the very same day. Below are my nails about 2 weeks old.

I love Sexy Nails. I drive 1 hour and 10mins just to get my nails and toes done because of the environment and the experience. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the services are always top tier. This time I got tips, sns, with gel design on almond shaped nails and a pedicure with gel polish. SO worth the money.

Salon was crowded and we sat in the massage chairs unattended for almost 20 min. before a nail tech was assigned each of us. I like that the salon was relatively quiet. The kind lady who performed my pedicure gave awesome foot massages…and my nerves didn’t even tickle..
Between the automatic massage chair, the foot soaking, and the pampering leg massage, the experience was quite refreshing.
Please note: the proprietors prefer you to pay hard cold cash for services rendered. They will accept credit and debit cards, but they charge the customer a 3% fee to afford them that luxury.
I was happy with my therapy session, and plan on returning soon.
They could have done better on scheduling pedicures than they did. We did call to make a reservation, and still had to wait a while for a place.

I just left this place SO annoyed and upset. No one bothered to ask why or what was wrong. My pedicure went fine, then I went to get my gel manicure. I don’t normally go and get a manicure, but I thought I’d treat myself for my birthday. I already knew it wasn’t going to be good when the lady was removing my gel polish and after letting them soak for a few minutes, she filed off the rest and filed into my natural nail. It’s taken me so long to get my nails to where they aren’t so flimsy from getting my nails done for years. She also used a nail file and buffer from her drawer that had already been used on someone else. After already filing into my natural nail plate to remove the remaining gel polish instead of just letting them re-soak, she then buffed with a rough-grit buffer into my nail plate even more and buffed my cuticle area to where it hurt. I told her about these problems when it happened. After washing my hands, she buffed my natural nail plate AGAIN causing even more damage to my natural nails! Then she started on the gel polish, and after applying the base on my skin, she was just going to let me cure them like that instead of taking it off my skin before curing. Luckily, I knew this would cause a heat spike and burn my skin, so I asked her to remove the base coat from my skin before curing. After curing the base, the apparently didn’t like it bc she buffed the nail and then was going to continue with applying the color instead of re-applying the base coat she just buffed off. I even asked if she’d reapply the base coat she buffed off, and she said no. I’d finally had enough at this point and asked her to soak off what she had done so far. Then again, after not giving the polish time to soak off, she was going to file the rest of the polish off and cause even more damage to my natural nails!! I had to ask her again to just give them time to soak off and stop filing my nails. Pictures are the damage done to my natural nails. After all was said and done, no one bothered to ask what was wrong or what was happening. Clearly they did not care.

First time here the staff was amazing and helped me figure out what I wanted. I can not remember the girl that did my name's but she does the sns ombre. She did an amazing job and was gentle.
