Sara did a great job of making us feel welcome. The house is beautiful and is at the perfect location. I loved the tea drawer was well stocked, the coffee pot was set up for me to just turn it on when I woke up, and breakfast was delicious, especially the waffle! It was quiet and relaxing, but you could get to the busier end of town in 2 minutes drive. We would definitely stay there again!

A wonderful place to visit. It is hard to beat the views of the harbor and peaks.

A warm and welcoming home away from home. You get use of the downstairs common areas and breakfast at their sister property out back.

Sarah was very responsive and easy to work with and the room was exactly as pictured in the listing. The property is well maintained and clean. The bed was comfy and there were multiple food choices in the downstairs kitchen for an afternoon snack and breakfast. I quite liked the concept of fixing our own breakfast, but others might not feel the same way.||the view from the front balcony and shared living room was stunning. ||Lots of things to do within walking distance.

Sarah was so helpful the entire duration of our stay. When we arrived a little early for check in, she immediately made us a priority and came over to welcome us into the home. She gave us great recommendations for local food and entertainment and even helped us book a whale watching tour. She provided fresh breads in the morning as well as a well stocked kitchen for breakfast items. If you don’t want to cook your own breakfast, they do provide breakfast just behind the B&B in a separate home every morning. There’s plenty to choose from there.

We stayed three nights at Front Row, and every single day was beautiful. There was a humpback whale that could clearly be seen from the beautiful bay windows in the common living space downstairs. Two pairs of binoculars were provided for guests to share to be able to watch the wildlife from our own living room and porch area. The mountain range just across the bay made this B&B worth every penny spent. You simply cannot ask for a better view.

We also got to play with Rica, the dog that sometimes rests out in the sunshine outside the front door. She’s beautiful and friendly and really healed my heart from missing my own fur babies back home.

What’s more impressive is the incredible hospitality and welcoming attitude of the locals here in Seward. My husband and I never felt out of place or like wandering tourists. If you’re thinking of booking this place, but are unsure, let this be your sign to DO IT!

We stayed in the first floor queen suite. It was perfect. From the kitchen stocked for breakfast (including homemade blueberry -rhubarb bread) to the views, our stay was truly wonderful. The room was comfortable. There is a small table and chairs just outside where we had morning coffee while watching the boats go out of Resurrection Bay. Great customer service, they helped us with a glacier cruise, recommended great places to eat. They have the sweetest dog, whom my husband enjoyed taking on walks. I hope to be able to go back one day.

We’ve stayed at a few B&Bs and this place was, by far, the best. It is ideally located for sightseeing as well as shopping and dining - a 5 minute walk to everything. The house seems to have been renovated. Everything looks new; everything works. Extremely cozy. Our room had everything we needed. The kitchen and refrigerator were well stocked with goodies. There was a washer and a dryer - very important on long vacations when you don’t want to spend time at laundromats. Page and Aleia were very helpful - there when needed and gone when not - they were also very knowledgeable and helpful about things we could see or do around town. The ‘cooked to order’ breakfast every morning was delish! We had a blast and were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. You can’t go wrong with this place ?

I stayed in the 1st floor queen suite and it was perfect!!!!! Location and views were great, stocked frig and fresh homemade blueberry bread on arrival. While breakfast wasn’t made at this B&B, I was welcome to join for breakfast at sister B&B’s ( I walked around the corner to the Swan’s Nest and had a nice breakfast). One morning I just whipped up my own breakfast with the eggs, potatoes, ham and toast from the stocked frig! Very comfy and positive experience!

The B&B is on the far side of downtown and harbor, so away from the noise and clutter of the areas with heavy visitation and tour boats. However the walking/bicycle path is just outside along the oceanfront. My wife and I had a room that without a view of the ocean, yet the front common living area was a wonderful place to have a cup of tea and sit on the balcony that overlooks the bay. Sarah was fantastic with communication prior to our visit. She also arranged for our boat tour -- which was fantastic. We walked over to her B&B (just next door) for breakfast in the morning where she fixed us eggs to order with other trimmings. The place was as comfortable -- and cleaner -- than home!
