I had given them a great review a while back but I’ve been consistently disappointed with service and quality the last few times. After this last service I will not be going back. I got a gel manicure a day before vacation and it looked nice. 2 days later (I was out of town already) one of the gels chipped. Then a few days after the gel edges started to lift a little and it just did not look nice anymore. I was gone for a week and went back to salon about 12 days after the service and I explained what happened but I was only offered excuses. No apologies and not even a discount for a redo. The tech said it was peeling because my nails were too thin (it had been 9 months since I had had gel and this had never happened to me before). But when he was removing the gel it literally just peeled away without any effort. That’s when he did say something about my base not being done right because he was able to just peel off. Still no apologies or discount. I paid for a new set plus gratuity. Photo is what they looked like on the day I went back to salon. There were a few chips on the other hand as well but not as much.

Worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. They rushed through the entire process in 20 minutes. I had gel to remove and the tech used a mechanical rotating file to remove the gel and “trim” my cuticle. It hurt to say the least… She removed some of my natural nail in the process as they’re now thin and really tender. The manicure is terrible as I still have visible cuticle around the nails. She did a horrible job painting- see photo attached with a piece of hair stuck in the nail I didn’t see until looking at them when she finished. I quietly asked to speak to the manager but no discount was offered or provided. I didn’t accept their offer to redo the nail as my nails were already hurting so bad. Will never go back.

It’s 2024, it really comes off really rude speaking in another language where people don’t understand. It feels like you are talking negatively about your customer. My tech was rough with me and it felt like she didn’t want to do my pedi. If I am paying for services please be more courteous, gentle and kind. Don’t show kindness only to get me to pay more!

The worst manicure, the manicurist didn't soak my nails in hot water or take the time to clean the cuticles of the nails it always seems that they are in a hurry even if they don't have customers waiting and I gave them another chance and I only asked for change the gel on the nails and she did it in such a hurry that they were horrible and the worst thing was that she removed the previous gel using just the machine and left my nails super fragile and thin! I'll never come back!!!

Went in for a full set and pedicure. Pedicure was nice. Full set, my nails started breaking only a few days later. Before two weeks one whole hand had messed up nails. Super disappointed. This has never happened before and I’ve gone to plenty different salons.

The nail tech I had was really nice, though the job she did was questionable. The design that I chose has simple daisies on it in the end, the white petals merged together. Unfortunately, she was pretty rough with my hands, and I have some minuscule cuts on my fingers. It's not the best, but not very bad.

I went to get a full set and was disappointed. Some techs push the cuticle back some don’t. The nail tech I received services from didn’t. My nails look like I need a fill in a week or so. The mail polish is horrible!!
