My mom and I have been doing spa days on our annual beach trip for 15 years. We scheduled massages and facials at Serenity and were not disappointed. Laura did the facials and did an excellent job! She worked all of the skin on our faces, hands, and feet. It was awesome!!! The massage therapists, Lindsay and Brittney, were attentive to our needs and made our time at Serenity so relaxing. We will definitely be back!!!

I was disappointed with my haircut experience. I had booked my appointment weeks prior as I was coming in from out of state. I wanted a haircut and style before my family photo shoot. I have had thick hair all my life and I know this. My hair stylist greeted me very unenthusiastically and asked what I wanted. Just a half inch trim and frame the face. I also wanted my hair curled. She proceeded to tell other stylists my hair was just ‘Sooo thick’ and said ‘TOO’ thick and when I let out a nervous laughter she looks at me and goes ‘No, it’s really is too thick..I’m not going to have time to curl it.’ Okay, so I had set this appointment weeks prior for a planned photo shoot. I needed this done. Was I less important than her next appointment ? I’m paying for a cut and style right? Thankfully she asked around and a male stylist saved the day and effortlessly curled my hair. He was very talented at what he does and I appreciated him taking over and making me feel beautiful. She made me feel uncomfortable In my skin with her remarks and her attitude. My family visits the area often but I will not be back.

We came in with a whole group, and everyone was so great! The front desk was super helpful and patient, the massage therapists were excellent, and the facials were amazing! I work in a spa as a massage therapist, and I highly recommend this place for the perfect spa day.

I went to see Yvonne today for a pedicure and she did a great job! They are holding up beautifully in the sand? The entire spa was really nice and I love the smell of their products. Everyone there was so lovely! Would definitely recommend!
