I visited this cosmetics store looking for a few essentials for my skincare routine and makeup, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. The products I bought are of excellent quality, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. I also appreciate the great value for the price—I was able to get high-end skincare and makeup without breaking the bank. Came in this morning to look for a particular eyeliner and the staff went way above and beyond to assist me. Manuel and the nice Asian lady (sorry didn’t catch her name) checked all the drawers and the back. I felt really taken care of, plus they gave me suggestions and they were really kind to boot. I had a great experience!

I’ve done my make up twice by Sabina and she absolutely slayed both times. She is so sweet and kind, took her time to make sure I like my make up. She asked questions and definitely delivered. Book her asap for your makeup, she is a gem!

I would do the survey, but the receipt printer was streaky. I cannot scan the QR code. I want to shout out Angelica. Even though she’s only been there for two weeks, she took the time to educate me about what I needed to address my skincare concerns. She also talked about the sale. As a result, I ended up not only buying a lot of products but also feeling good about my purchases. Angelica turned a casual browser into a buyer. The folks at the cash register were really fast at ringing people up despite how busy it was.

My go to branch if sephora. Bought a moroccan oil specifically to protect my hair from heat damage and when I came to pick up my order, there’s an Olaplex Bonding Oil mini sample that came with my order. I like trying new products and this Olaplex protects from heat damage too.

I like getting products that are related to what I’m looking for and thank you Sephora for doing just that.

They don’t check their online orders period. Multiple times do I wait almost the entire day only for it to be canceled. It’s not just me either; it’s my sister and co-workers too. All the same Sephora. Weeks ago I had an order for pick up because my sister was running errands and I had work. MORE THAN FOUR HOURS AND ITS STILL PROCESSING. My sister goes in and it’s not busy and asks about it. The employees respond with “Well is she here?” What kind of response is that? My sister is there and asking for a reason! I had put my order in at 11am and my sister was there at 4:30pm. There is zero excuse. They claimed they’re short staffed but my sister had applied to that same Sephora and they rejected her application. This store is not busy. They don’t want to do their jobs. I put an order in for same day delivery around 11:30am today and it’s almost 4:30pm now. Guess what? Still processing! This is ridiculous.

I’m no longer shopping at this Sephora. I’ve attached screenshots from Today’s order as proof.

Going into a new Sephora is like going to Disneyland for me this one is really nice and quite sleek-looking inside with lots of knowledgeable and great looking boys and girls working there I appreciated the Ada parking out in front although the general layout of Serramonte kind of sucks nothing about Sephora sex if you are a makeup lover
