The service was great. Check in was easy and quick. Employees were all friendly. We booked here with several adults and children as part our ten day roadtrip. The rooms were spacious and accommodated all of us wonderfully. We stayed in the villas and had a porch that opened to the courtyard, giving us easy access to the pool, laundry, and gym.

Gym was nice. Laundry was convenient as well. It’s $2 to wash/dry so bring quarters bc surrounding businesses aren’t super willing to provide you with change.

Pool was heated and hot tub was definitely nice after a long day of hiking.

Kitchen had all the necessities for making dinner and storing food.

Cons: blinds on kitchen window were broken.

Resort was perfect for the value. Good location not a far drive from downtown Sedona but no views from the room. King suite was super spacious and clean, not super modern but very tasteful. Plenty of towels, a nice tub, comfy bed, jacuzzi right outside our door. Full kitchen was really nice to have to not eat every meal out. Equipped with coffee maker (not keurig) and toaster, easy to make breakfast in (no breakfast is included). Starbucks is also in walking distance. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the space.

We enjoyed the facilities. Wish the pools would have been heated or we would have been aware that they stopped heating them in march. The hot tubs worked and the indoor pool was a fun spot to play. Otherwise facilities were great. The only thing that turned me off a bit was the time share pitch that comes with your check in. It’s a soft sell so I appreciated that but was not expecting it.

The staff was incredible and very friendly! The rooms were basic but had everything we needed to save money on food. The gym area was nice. We didn't make it to the indoor pool, however we definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The walls seemed thin as we could hear the people next door. All in all, I'd definitely recommend staying here. Enjoy this beautiful area!

We spent 3 night at Sedona Springs and would not hesitate to book again.

The property was well kept, felt safe, and in perfect location. Our room-more like a townhouse, was great for our family of five. The unit was also super clean, super spacious, with a full kitchen (we did not take advantage of), and washer and dryer in unit (we did the advantage of!). We had more than enough towels for the family, plus extras in the bathroom cabinets. Even big fluffy pool towels!
We had paper towels, small bottle of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent enough to run a full load (needed it after our ATV adventures).

Kids slept on the sofa beds-all linens and pillows included in the room. They said they were very comfy! Husband and I had the master bedroom, with probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Seriously! Between traveling for work, kid sports and family vacations, this was by far the most comfortable I’ve been outside my own bed!

Pool was clean and my kids took advantage of it even on a cooler evening. We didn’t get to scope out the rest of the property much, so cannot comment on jacuzzi, game room, gym, etc.

Check in was easy. The sales pitch from the concierge was a bit of a turn off-especially after our long day of travel full of delays. But she was very nice and did share some helpful info about the area. We did not take her up on the offer of a presentation for a discounted jeep tour. We had 3 days to spend in Sedona and wanted to take full advantage.

Overall, extremely happy with our stay. We would definitely book here again when coming back to Sedona.

This is by far one of the nicest properties I've stayed at. A one bedroom townhouse that sleeps 6, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen, king bed, loft with a desk, skylight in the master bathroom, huge tub for 2, huge shower with built in bench, can fit 6 or more people in the shower if you're into that, large screen TV's in both livingroom and bedroom, gas fireplace, gas stove, gas oven, toaster, blender, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, electric can opener which didn't work, coffee maker, alarm clock with wireless charger for your phone in the bedroom, bookshelf with books, balcany, patio, swimming pool. There is plenty of lighting everywhere. You might not want to leave! Parking on busy nights was tough, no avail spots. Had to park in guest registration.

Everything you need is close by, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Safeway, Staples, Walgreens, tons of places to eat. I could go on, but I'm not paid for my reviews. 😉

We booked a timeshare pitch here and drove 1,400 miles down here from Iowa. We got there on Monday night. We walked room the property n it was beautiful. It well landscaped n maintained at a high. The pools, spas, n playground were nice but outdated. The clubhouse has a great fitness area with a gameroom. Again beautiful but quite outdated,no biggie. Our condo was beautiful and huge. However some of it was quite outdated, no biggie. Went to the office Tues morning and that's where it took a turn. We got to the presentation area. Each couple was given a personal sales associate. Well almost each coupleas we weren't given one, no biggie. We were walked into the presentation area by the guy running the pitch. So he does his pitch n the couples go with their sales person. We were introduced to this gentleman. He proceeded to walk us straight out the reception desk . T hen he informed us that their gift card supply for attendance was empty and we could pick ours up the next day, again no biggie. He then shook our hands and said have a good day. We were NEVER even given the opportunity to hear the sales pitch or given the property tour we were supposed to get and that was definitely a BIG DEAL!!! For whatever reason they had decided that we weren't even worth the time to give us their sales pitch. So we left feeling irritated and quite insulted. That's why I gave the service a 1 star because we were treated like crap by the sales staff. So if you're in the market to buy as we were. It's a beautiful place. However I wouldn't recommend the sales pitch. We weren't the only ones treated so disrespectfully. There was another gentleman treated the same as we were. On side note, as beautiful as the property was it wasn't exactly kid friendly and by the I mean my kids were given some side eyes from the timeshare owners. Now I'll give ya I took 4 kids with me n they like to have a good time. That as anyone knows causes some noise level increases. Lol So take the side eye looks with a grain of salt.

Pretty town. The resort is ok. It is clean, the room is an older style but fine. The access to the room is strange. We parked in the parking lot and then went around the edge of the building on a path that would be challenging to access if you had any mobility issues. We don't so it's ok but it was surprising, had to pick up my luggage, no rolling on the paver and rock pathway.
The town is pretty, views around town are stunning!
At check in service was good, but went back to the front desk and the person at the desk just says, "I don't know that" and is NOT helpful. Unsure why she is working at a front desk.
