What an amazing view! I wish I discovered this resort sooner. I shared a two bedroom suite with one of my good friends, and the size was perfect. It had two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The front desk and golf cart staff were friendly, and it seems like they enjoy their job. Lots of smiles and laughs! Unfortunately, this same staff energy didn’t transfer to the restaurant. Service was slow, and the staff seemed overworked. Also, room service was not the traditional hotel room service, and there was no food or drink service at the pools, which seems odd for a resort. There is a bar by the lobby pool, but the one time we visited I felt like I was being a pain asking for them to bring drinks outside. Overall, it was a great stay and we will be back! I hope the restaurant service improves by our next stay 🙂

My family and I came for a business retreat and loved our stay! We had incredible ocean views, the walk to the beach was clear and tranquil, and the room was great. Clean and well-maintained, we were able to cook whatever we wanted, and sitting on the balcony provided a place to find peace. We didn't visit the restaurant and bar this time but will plan to do more when we come back. The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. Shout out to Sido for driving us around and being an awesome human!

We stayed at Seascape Resort with my wife and our infant, and overall had a wonderful experience. The ocean views were absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a small family getaway.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the resort had a peaceful, relaxing vibe that we really appreciated.

One small issue we ran into was that the towels left quite a bit of lint, which was a bit annoying, especially with a baby. Also, we wished there were more vegetarian food options available at the resort’s dining areas.

That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back—especially for the views and relaxing atmosphere.

Best mini getaway. Came here to celebrate my anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing. Julie at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Upon arrival there was a sweet card from the staff and a bottle of wine while also being surprised with some yummy cheesecake left chilled|In the fridge! Josh was also very accommodating and made the booking process so easy. Customer service is top tier. Suite is also up to date and clean. Enjoyed the ocean view! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering their stay at the Seascape Resort. Will definitely be returning soon.

The only thing great about this resort was the view. We asked for room to be clean, house keeping was no we’re to be found. Phone in room was not working, dryer not working. This hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel. Falls very short!

Seascape Beach Resort was everything we needed and more. Honestly one of my favorite family vacations ever. The property is beautiful and works for whatever vibe you’re going for—family-friendly or a peaceful getaway without the kids. The bar is great, all the pools are great (yes, all of them), and the service? Immaculate.

Riley and the rest of the team at the front desk were incredible—so helpful and kind, made everything easy for us from check-in to check-out. We stayed in a few different spots and every room was perfect. The villas are amazing—we did both the two-story and single-story - one on the south side, plus one on the other side of the property. We also stayed in a suite right by the main lobby and pool, and that was such a nice spot too. No matter where you stay on the property, you’re winning.

And pro tip - Tortilla Flats in Soquel… so good - we went twice out of the three days! We had an amazing time and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Superb location on the Cali coast. Rooms atop the seaside cliffs with ocean views. A 5 minute walk, or a 5-minute golf cart ride, to the sandy beach.

The rooms are functional. We had an upstairs unit with main level kitchen, half bath, dining/sitting room, and balcony facing the ocean. Upstairs is two bedrooms, bathroom, and a small balcony facing the ocean. Other than a noisy fridge, too much furniture in the sitting room, and a broken screen door, everything was copasetic.

Flowers were blooming in early April, and everything was green, which was a welcome addition to this trip.

There are several places to eat within walking distance (we recommend dos pescados or the market across the street).

An excellent place to spend a weekend... or more. 😁

Location is everything. Very pricey! You pay over an additional 100 per night for resort fee and taxes. They charge 200 for 2 to have s’mores on beach, then 25 additional for each person after. This is for 2 s’mores. It says chairs and blankets but guy was annoyed to get blankets. So after tax and of course tip. 300 for s’mores on the beach. Instead of sending you one final bill you continue to be additional charges even a week after check out. The on site restaurant is terrible, starting from hostess that seats you. Rude, inappropriate all staff in restaurants. Food is terrible, I don’t recommend. Everything across the street from the store to pizza place was great with excellent service. Our partial ocean view villa didn’t have much pans to cook with, it was not very clean. Pools were freezing cold during week but we noticed they warmed them up on weekend. It also get very rowdy on weekends, lots of noise and rift raft. The beach access is the best part.
