Someone wrote a review about customer service at the Seafood Junction restaurant located in South Holland on Sundays. Well, I'm updating by sharing my experience this past 10.20.24. The lady who answered the phone, before the restaurant was open and I'm not sure if this was the same lady that took my order upon my arrival on site, but both experiences could not have been more pleasant, professional, informative, patient and polite. The food i ordered was prepared to my specifications, hot, quickly, and it was delicious. This location and food remain my go-to fast, healthy selections restaurant in South Holland. Thank you for being conveniently located, providing great customer service, delicious, healthy, boiled food and if you ever fall short on an order you quickly, without hesitation go above the call of duty and make the customer happy to correct the issue!

Love this location! I’ve been coming to this location for a year and never had an issue with the food or customer service. Strongly prefer them compared to the city.

The steamed trays and fried catfish are my favorites here 💛

Horrible. I ordered shell off shrimp. The shell was on which means they were not cleaned. Broccoli tasted dirty and raw. Crab legs had NO MEAT in them. Potatoes were soggy. May as well have been mashed potatoes. Only decent thing in this boil was the corn and sausage. If I didnt live so far I would've took it back.

Excellent food and the customer service is outstanding, especially from the cashiers Moni and the new girl Royce! I highly recommend putting them on your list of great places to eat in Chicagoland area! Keep up the good work guys!!!!

My 2lb steamed crab dinner was very well seasoned. I ordered an extra side. Everything was delicious! The cashier was very nice. I didn’t give the restaurant 5 stars because my food wasn’t hot. I will return in hopes that the food temperature will be appropriate.
