Alfonso really went above and beyond to ensure we had a top tier experience. Really enjoyed our massage at Scottsdale Spa and champagne at the pool. Beautiful views and very relaxing experience. Judy and Paoulina are very knowledgeable and great therapists. Highly recommend

Great couples massage! Service was fantastic and everyone was super friendly. Everything geared to making it relaxing even up to the heated bed. We got this on a Groupon and also received champagne and access to the pool afterward. I got the feeling most people skip on the pool and take the champagne home. We loved it that way though as they graciously accomadated us and we had the champagne and pool to ourselves!

My husband and I had a fantastic relaxing couples massage yesterday. I had massage therapist, Samantha and my hubby had Polina. It was very relaxing and they were a great team. Samantha worked on my problem areas and it was just wonderful.

I have been getting massages for years. Today I had a massage from James. He was professional, informative, & I give his full body massage a 10/10! The spa is taking extra precautions during Covid, including using ultraviolet lights in rooms between clients. I am sooooooo relaxed now!!!

This was our second year of getting the couples massage. Last year was very good so we returned this year for another experience and have purchased gift cards for family members. The massage therapists this year were sub-par. One used way too much massage lotion making me feel and look greasy. The overlay of the therapist body rolls against me was uncomfortable. The heavy breathing of the therapist was also distracting. Both lacked in technique. Glad when it was finally over and I could go shower.

Experience was okay, nothing was as described on their website. On website looks fabulous but when you get there very different. Pool amenities not that great(small) Wish we would have had a better experience. Daughters first massage and never asked her how much pressure she’d like and acted as if she was afraid to touch her. Was hoping for a better experience for her. People were very polite though.

My husband and I got a Groupon for a couples massage for Valentines Day and were finally able to use it. We both have conflicting schedules and the spa was booked out pretty far. Our Groupon expired in May but the staff allowed us to still use it as long as we had booked before the expiration date. We both agree the massages were good and worth the cost of the Groupon. I didn't get my person's name but they did a great job and I was fully relaxed. I did feel it was only 4 stars worth because the pool area and hot tub were nothing to write home about. They were comparable to our community pool and hot tub in our neighborhood. Also I know it is not the spa's fault but being we had to walk between 3 different buildings, on a hot sunny day took away from the relaxing experience a bit. Overall a decent experience.

Keeps unlicensed massage therapists in practice, as well as dangerous therapists, but treats therapists who had been loyal to them for years like garbage, taking clients off of their schedule to punish them for infractions that pale in comparison to what other therapists did who were kept around for months on end. It is poorly managed by people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Now many of the members who have been going there for years won't be able to be seen by their preferred reliable therapist because she finally couldn't take the disrespect and them lying on top of which, after fighting so hard she finally had to quit. This place is in violation or previously was in violation of so many laws. The previous therapist was going to give yet another chance to see if they improve, but now has no choice but to file reports with the state massage board. They also do not have anywhere near proper handicapped accessibility for their senior clients who really need it, and I am not sure that is legal for a spa either. Absolutely ridiculous all around. No effort to be honest and take the obviously needed suggestions to improve things. Because they would rather be funny, avoidant, and argue the truth instead of just facing it when a reliable and dependable therapist comes to them wanting to figure everything out. Avoid this place like the plague and cancel your membership if you have one. Rates will be going up soon, as quality continues to decline more and more. And they never hold onto good therapists for long because of their games, lies, and inability to market and keep just a couple of therapist's schedules full. Used to be very very busy under previous management. It's just a falling apart mess now.
