5 Stars - Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service!

I recently stayed at Scott's Inn and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming service. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable.

The rooms are updated, clean, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I was particularly pleased with the cleanliness of my room—everything felt fresh, and the modern decor added a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for a pleasant stay.

The customer service was fantastic throughout my visit. Any time I needed assistance or had a question, the staff was ready and willing to help with a smile. Their friendly and professional demeanor really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest.

The only minor downside to my stay was the breakfast. While it was convenient to have breakfast included, the options were a bit limited—mainly cold eggs and cereal. It would have been nice to have a few more hot breakfast choices. However, the quality of the rooms and service more than made up for it, and I would still highly recommend Scott’s Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall, if you're looking for a clean, updated room with excellent service, Scott's Inn is a fantastic choice. Just be prepared for a simple breakfast, and you’ll have a great experience!

One of the best DoD lodging facilities. We reserved a TLF for $132 and got a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse that was clean and well kept! They now serve a simple but free breakfast. Staff was amazing.

This was a pretty nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. They had a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, which come in handy if your traveling. The lights work a little different, but once you figure them out they're pretty efficient. Big showers, which were nice. They even serve breakfast down in the lobby which was a surprise, although we didn't get to try it. The lobby is clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff were all very pleasant and nice and always happy to help if they could. Would definitely stay here again if needed. Price wasn't too bad, but a little more than expected.

People like to stay off base...I'm just happy with the free coffee/hot chocolate and close proximity to the Shopette, Bx/commissary etc.

Checked in and checked right back out 30 mins later due to some issues and they still charged me for an over night stay $134. This place does care about anyone and only cares about the money. Do not recommend and will never be back.

Standard rooms and beds, so $134 seems a bit much. The rooms do come with a fridge and separate freezer so you can have cold food stored in the room. The thermostat worked as well (not the case at some military Inns.

They staff are friendly (Hey Ute!), and they do a good job taking care of the building/linens/elevators/etc. Also, there is a cold breakfast of packaged muffins, fruit, cereal, and yogurt.

The showers are set up poorly, so water splashes the walls outside the shower area, and the shower curtain is barely long enough, so it frequently was outside the shower pan and leaking on the floor.

Recommendation: Switch to the wall mounted bottles of shampoo/conditioner/bodywash as the current offering is inadequate for more than 1 person (and even then, who uses bar soap?...sorry tangent).

Great place to stay. The staff are super friendly and inviting. They helped make my stay very comfortable and easy. All of them go above and beyond to do their jobs. Both of our rooms were clean and Tidy upon arrival. We stayed 10 days, our rooms were cleaned and sorted nicely each day. They were upto date and everything worked well. The rooms were also well lit and they had ceiling fans to help keep the room from being stale or stuffy. Nice size fridge with a separate attached good working freezer..there is a microwave, and a basking bulb in the bathroom for your turtle, or tomatoe plant. a DVD player in my room. The walls had plenty of available plugs for chargers and such. Safes and ironing board if you need that sorta stuffs. They had a nice fitness room and business center on 1st but no pool. Over all a pleasant place with very pleasant people.
